Consider the fact I live 1 minute from this UPS store and take all of my packages to a UPS store 15 minutes away multiple times a week.
They charge for USPS packages when no other UPS I have been to requires this. They charge by size, up to $10 for larger packages. It has been free always at my old UPS before I moved and you could bring as many as you wanted with no problems.
Take that with a grain of salt though, because when my friend just recently went they flat out told him they don't accept ANY USPS packages. I understand USPS pickup is a courtesy but every other UPS offers it for free with no issues other than sometimes limiting how many you can bring.
This alone is enough to take my business elsewhere (I pay a lot for UPS to package some fragile or large goods) but the workers have usually felt condescending to me when I have done literally nothing to indicate any disdain.
At other UPS stores I feel welcomed and develop positive relationships with the workers, simply because they're so courteous. This UPS is a night and day difference in terms of quality compared to the one I used to live near, which I miss desperately as it would be terribly convenient to be able to ship close to where I live.
I'll gladly come back when the policies or ownership have changed.

There is a woman there named Didi or DeeDee. I was blown away by her professionalism, her guidance and just amount of empathy she had helping me find a good options. Thank you so much for your hospitality. I genuinely appreciate it. It’s so rare to get that kind of customer service these days. I am genuinely touched.

I dropped off a free Amazon return here, and the employee told me I needed to buy a shipping box. I explained it was just a drop-off and asked for a receipt before leaving. Be cautious with this location—they may try to upsell unnecessary items when they know they’re supposed to take the return and that’s it.

I have been going to the UPS Store for going on 3 years, I receive all of my mail and packages here. I love Christina and Marc they are always professional and polite. Even though the store is far from my house now, I still travel there because of the great service!

Giving 3 stars because I love their package services. However, I changed my address with USPS to my private mailbox there and now I'm not receiving any of my mine or my husbands mail. Multiple business that I do business with and send me mail have called and told me my important mail letters were returned to sender. I just went on the USPS website to do my official change of address AGAIN bc I want my mail to come to my apt now because everything is getting returned and unfortunately I can't even change it now without termination of this private mailbox. I just need my USPS regular mail, this is crazy. I wouldn't have ever changed my address (that they told me I should do) if I would've known they would be returning basically all my mail to sender. They have also given me a hard time about adding my own husband to my private mailbox (who shares my last name) he submitted his passport and Drivers license which is all that is required as well as a document with our home address. I dont know if this is an issue with USPS forwarding services if its USPS returning all my mail or if it is this store not accepting it. I will make sure my private mailbox number and address is updated on all my accounts and hope that helps with getting my mail.
