My Package has been there for 2 weeks. I tried to file a claim and got everything in and then it said my session had timed out to start over. I tried to start over and have been denied access. Terrible service!!!!

Catch drivers. If you can get a driver to stop they can scan packages. Or find nearest UPS store.

This place lost my package. 2 day air on 7 days now. Track # 1Z61E2410231895828. Unbelievable service the worst of all shipping companies.
