UPS service was once the golden standard, no longer. I understand scheduling is tough but changing delivery times the morning of a delivery is just unprofessional. This type of service is unacceptable and will eventually lead to the common stock shares to suffer.

They changed my address without my permission. Delayed my package and it showed up looking like it was used as soccer practice

I have the worst UPS Drivers in History! I am a business owner who works from home, and tonight makes the 10th time that my packages have been delayed by multiple days in the last two months. About a month ago I gave my phone number to the Driver because I know the packages I get are heavy and I live on the third floor. He said he would call if he ever had any issues (he has never called)… and NOW I AM LOSING MONEY AND CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF UPS’S INCOMPETENCIES! It is IMPOSSIBLE to get someone on the phone and IMPOSSIBLE to redirect packages so that I can pick them up myself since apparently UPS does not hire any competent drivers who are willing to ACTUALLY DO THEIR JOB! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY! IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER CHOICE USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!

UPS supposedly tried to deliver a package to my apartment and claimed that no one answered. But if they would have knocked they would have alerted my dogs and my dogs weren't alerted to anyone knocking or anything. Needless to say they lied about the attempted delivery to my apartment.

I am so disappointed in UPS!! We have a very expensive item trying to be delivered to us. However, while tracking the item, the driver marked our house as a house that cannot be serviced. Meanwhile, we had an item delivered to us two days ago. We are frustrated and angry.When we asked for them to located and talk to their driver about our package, that was not an option. Apparently UPS cannot talk to their own drivers, which seems very dangerous.When asked to talk to a supervisor, the agent on the line did not want to transfer us. And when they finally decided to, we went on hold for 10 minutes for it to be the SAME person in a higher pitched voice; which eventually lead to her normal voice coming back.We had questions and concerns that we wanted to ask but did not get a chance to because we eventually got hung up in.We are very frustrated and do not know where to go from here!UPS, if you’re reading this, DO BETTER!!!!

WARNING!!! DO NOT SHIP ANY HIGH VALUED ITEMS TO THIS UPS CENTER OR THROUGH UPS IN GENERAL. They stole from me at this location and UPS does not care. They are aware that theft is a common practice at UPS and do nothing about it. UPS drivers know the high valued packages and take advantages of UPS' flawed delivery system to steal them. UPS is only concern about making money. They have their entire call center in the Philippines and Guatemala so they can get the cheapest labor. These agents are absolutely clueless. According to their website, you can start working at UPS as a package handler in 25 minutes. No wonder UPS has so many thieves working for them. UPS has really gone downhill. UPS you just lost a customer for good. Fedex from now on.

two separate packages of mine are delivered to the wrong address less than a month apart. i live in a normal house on a normal road in a normal neighborhood. and both the phone and website claim process is a nightmare to use. just terrible.

My wife & I have made 2 attempts to have a package picked up, by the men & women in brown. Both times our mother was given excuses by the driver to avoid picking up our package. Hello UPS drivers do your job NO MATTER THE SIZE PACKAGE OR THE CUSTOMER. STOP GIVEN ELDERLY PEOPLE EXCUSES!

Told me they would call within the hour in order for me to pick up an urgent package.. just for them to not call at all. Even after I called back politely to ask if someone was still going to call and was told yes. Just seems like they wanted to push it to closing time to be lazy.

Can't get ahold of UPS. They don't call you back and they falsely claim they make delivery attempts when they don't. I guess they're trying to give the USPS more business.

I go to place every day, they are nothing but very friendly and so so helpful! If you are one on here complaining about a package, it’s probably because you lack skills of a normal person that can operate a cell phone to track a package. DONT GET UPSET WITH THESE HARD WORKING PEOPLE BECAUSE YOU ARE AN IDIOT!

Worst distribution service ever by this location. They keep on changing my package delivery date. It even shows out for delivery one day and they change the status at the end of day to future delivery date will be provided. My package is stuck with this center for more than 4 days now. UPS customer support is horrible - they never give exact information about the package and just ask to wait for the package. Not even sure if they lost the package.

90% of my packages get “Delivery Attempt failed,” and this center has done absolutely nothing to address the issue. I call every time this happens and they basically just say “oh well.”Picture that—a DELIVERY service that CAN’T actually deliver packages. Absolutely terrible.
