Supervisor Alexis was very kind, helpful and informational. She helped me get a passport appointment at another location. She wouldn’t take any gifts or even a lunch on me. I graciously appreciate her assistance. She even helped a toddler who was in quite the bind whom was waiting with their parents. All while multitasking and didn’t break a sweat. Happy to see people with good energy that enjoy what they do best.

Visited on August 9, 2025, between 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm. The clerk in the attached photo was dismissive and unprofessional. She claimed it was “impossible” to replace unused money orders purchased from this branch and told me to wait until a customer might pay in cash so she could reimburse me. I waited over 30 minutes, no one paid in cash, and then she issued the replacements anyway — exactly what she said was not possible. This wasted my time, provided misleading information, and showed a clear lack of professionalism.

Went to 5 USPS locations in Northlake and Roanoke, TX to cash two unused money orders — all told me to drive 40+ miles to the original branch. When I finally went on Aug 9, 2025 (12–1 p.m.), one clerk in a dark USPS shirt with a yellow eagle logo first said it was impossible, then made me wait a long time before doing exactly that. Poor training, inconsistent info, and wasted time.

Literal worst experience. We had a 9:15 appointment for our baby's passport. We were there at 9:00. We went to the front and told them we were there, and the lady said she'd meet us at the passport door. 20 minutes later, she came to the door but asked for the family that came in after us and was in line behind us. We could hear that this family was already there earlier in the morning for their appointment, but were sent to CVS to take their photo. At 9:30, she finally called our name. When we walked in she asked if we had a photo, to which we replied no because they advertised that they have photo services. She told us that she could try to take our baby's photo, but it might not turn out great. She suggested we go to CVS. We declined and asked if she could please take our baby's photo, since we were already there. She kept saying she could try, but it would be better at CVS. We explained that we don't have time to go to CVS, and could she please just take the photo since she has all of the equipment to do so. She finally said no, she won't take it because our baby is an infant.
Help me understand why your website says you have passport photo services, but you refuse to take the photo? We took off work for this appointment, and it took us a month to get the appointment in the first place. Also why did another person get called ahead of us, when we were there on time for our appointment (and were there before these other people).

The employees here have a serious attitude issue. Went in with zero expectations and left pissed off.

Told me that they were available to do fingerprints all day. Showed up after traveling almost 30 minutes and no one was available. Be consistent

I am a nearby resident of this USPS and owned a PO Box here for years. The employees, Michelle, Supervisor, Ms. Bivens, and others are great and work really hard to make sure we get out mail even when there are snafu's beyond their control. Kudos to the team. Keep up the great work. It's a hard thankless job that they do well!

They open doors at 9 am today. Way too late from schedule written on front door. Slow employees. USPS please hire people based on merit, not to fulfill certain quota.

One lady was rude. I was turned away from passport appointment for a made up reason. Dept of State confirmed there’s no issue with my documents. I was early for my appointment and they were nearly 30 minutes late. Now I get to wait 4 weeks for a new appt because these people are incompetent.

I was wondering why this postal service has such as bad reviews. I came today like everyday to drop off my packages in the back. I just ask 1 person to get 2 clear envelopes for international shipping and they send me to the front. I left my 25 packages and I ask this lady for 2 envelopes and she just treat me like an animal . She yell at me telling me to move to another place because I'm not ready. I told her I just need to attach this and is ready, was not line and was 8 35 am and I don't see the point to lost my spot , ok I listened and i move next to and she still treat me bad and telling me to move out I think from her face. Was planning of space and she just looks like hate her job and I don't have a clue why she is costumer service. She was ordering me like I'm her ground daughter and I have to resist her bad actitud. Nobody is allow to treat you bad no matter how bad the day or the job is bad for her. I feel really disappointed when I spend more than $ 5.000 dollars a month is usps priority mail. I will definitely think to swift to ups ground or something they are looks like more friendly. I hope the area director of a big boss see this because is unbelievable. I have a full video if you want touch base with me. Then the other lady came and obviously suppor her friend when she didn't have a clue how she treat me. Looks like costumers is the last thing that usps employees are taking care of. Good luck for those ladies and God help her with her issue.

I brought my packages and was told they cannot take anymore packages because they don’t have the equipment for it. I didn’t know you have to tell them your zip code to give packages. I never been treated so rudely and I am From New York and never been treated like this by usps.

This was the best experience at a post office!! The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. The woman who helped us stayed an hour later after their passport processing office closed to help us with all the paperwork and get everything shipped. She was very patient and sweet. Thank you!

The staff here are quite unprofessional and unhelpful. If they are unhappy in their roles, it would be more beneficial for everyone if they sought other employment. According to the official website, walk-in passport appointments are available on specific days based on a bidding system. However, the representative I spoke with contradicted this, stating that they personally decide whether to offer walk-in appointments. This inconsistency is both confusing and frustrating.
