The lady with the black dreads seems to have some type of attitude with the customers. It's not the first time I've seen it, but she has a negative demeanor about her as if she doesn't really want to be there.

Don’t go for a passport with photo, even though it says that they do photos and I definitely came here before do a passport and photo, they get to say that they don’t do it and make you leave and reschedule. Disgusting place as well
