I’ve had packages delivered to my door before with USPS, and was supposed to have a printer delivered to my door 2/24. I got notification I needed to pick it up since it was too large to fit in a parcel locker. I scheduled a redelivery to my door, supposed to arrive 2/27. I get notification today that my delivery driver is handicapped and can’t climb stairs and I need to come pick it up because they can’t guarantee me someone who is able to go up the stairs. I work full time, and am a single mom to a baby. I ordered delivery because I don’t have time to come pick up packages that I PAID DELIVERY FOR. I understand no discrimination, but this is absolutely ridiculous to send a handicapped driver to deliver large packages to apartment complexes with no parcel lockers big enough for packages.

It was the worst experience of my life. Server’s rude and unprofessional behavior compelled me to tell her, 'You are being very rude.' Unfortunately, this incident culminated in me losing my son’s birth certificate, and I have serious doubts that she actually never sent it to the intended recipient. It seems she might need professional help and could benefit from seeing a psychologist or management should not allow a person with mental problems work here.I came back to ask where my envelope is, they told me you did not buy the tracker so we can’t track it for you.Poor

I usually dread walking into any Postal office because I never know what to expect as far as customer service but I was amazed at how friendly and helpful they were from the moment I walked in. Jacquala was very helpful in answering my questions and even helped me decide which shipping service to pick. I also admired how friendly and talkative she was towards other customers. Keep up the great work!

I have been shipping parts for 20 plus years, and this is by FAR, the most helpful, kind and courteous bunch of people who work here. Its usually very empty and quick, and again, the staff just give you that feel good feeling. Real people. Real lives. Not angry robots :)

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE. LADY WAS SO RUDE AND IGNORED MY QUESTIONS. SHE DIDN'T WANT TO ANSWER SIMPLE QUESTIONS LIKE WHAT IS THE RATE FOR OVERNIGHT DELIVERY. I WOULD ASK HER A QUESTION AND SHE WOULD LITERALLY WALK AWAY TO THE BACK. I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH SOMEONE SO RUDE, LAZTY, & ILITERATE IN THE POST OFFICE. SHE ALSO TOOK OFF HER NAME TAG WHEN I ASKED FOR HER NAME AND HID IT. SHE HAD DIRTY BLONDE LONG BRAIDS. I TOLD HER I NEEDED OVERNIGHT AND SHE PUT IT FOR 2 DAY DELIVERY. I HAD TO CANCEL EVERYTHING AND GO TO FEDEX BECAUSE SHE CLEARLY DIDN'T WANT TO HELP ME.

All USPS suck but do yourself a favor and drive to a different one. The customer service is unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. Completely uncalled for by the staff at this location. Just had to take my mail, and drive to a more professional and competent location.

I put in a change of address 2weeks prior to moving. After a month at my new residency I was not receiving any forwarding mail. After talking to the manager, he told me they are returning my mail to sender and that I need to call each place I expect mail from to give them my new address. I told him to forward my mail and to stop returning to sender. I still don’t get forwarded mail.

Customers are just as slow as the employees. If you come here be ready with your payment and make sure all your packages are with you if not don’t get in line and waste my time

Met the angriest woman there today. Asked one question and she could only insult me. This was after she yelled at everyone in line that she would send them away if they were not completely prepared. As if we all work this terrible job with her. She stated she had been there for 38 years etc. How quickly she forgot that people like myself and others that have no option but to go here pay taxes so she can cry about her so called job she lazily and spitefully shows up for. I hope you read this well old lady. Whatever that person or job did to you, it’s not the customers fault. You’re are now the saddest most pathetic wretch I have ever come across. All that being said you still have to be you and when you show up to work tomorrow maybe you’ll remember you work for us. And we can find ANYONE to put a stamp on a box or envelope. I would feel sorry for you if you had one redeeming quality. Yes you with the fake blond curly hair. This is the guy with the orange shirt you tried to embarrass when all you did was embarrass yourself. Twice now. Pretty sure this will still be up long after you’re gone. Hugs and kisses. Dylan

Sandra kept my husband and I waiting for over 30 min in line with only 1 person in front of us. Once we were finally called to the counter, we were expecting to receive an apology for the wait but instead was greeted with very sassy remarks. We were asked to step back in line to tape up our box even though the woman in front of us had her box taped up at the desk. Sandra spoke to my husband VERY rudely and even cut him off in the middle of his sentences several times. Overall the experience was horrible and we will not be coming back to this location. If you have the time to go to another USPS location, I highly recommend not wasting your time.

I went to this UPS yesterday out of necessity. I had read the reviews, but wasn't going to pay $26 for UPS to deliver a one pound box, in state.Anyway, I got there about 4:15, saw a line going out the door, and one person working- Sandra. I braced myself for an awful experience after reading so many negative reviews about Sandra. They were wrong! Sandra was funny, charming, smart, very efficient and friendly. When 5:00 came and I was the next up in line, I worried she would close shop and not send my package. She took everyone in the line by 5, but said no more. She wasn't rude to anyone. Poor thing could use some help, but she had a positive and funny attitude and everyone in line wound up having a pretty decent time.Yes, it took a while, but my package was only $10 to mail and I couldn't have had a better experience, except of course being the only customer and breezing through. Every place is understaffed. People need to be patient, kind and understanding. And get a sense of humor! Sandra was a riot!

I frequent this post office sometimes daily for my small business and have also witnessed the poor treatment of customers first hand. A little bit of kindness would go a long way. After a recent experience after walking in near closing, I would rather drive further away to avoid going here. I would never treat people in such a way, especially if I was in a customer facing role. Hopefully USPS can evaluate the situation and take action bc it looks like I’m one of many.

Rough times these days at the Markinson post office. You can’t seem to get fired from USPS if you simply show up. Close early if you wish, treat customers like they are a inconvenience, make sure to make everyone feel d*** as dirt if they need help, oh yeah….and wield any amount of power you have like a sword. This post office is a train wreck.
