Sandra is extremely unhelpful and rude. Refused to give a receipt for pre labeled packages because she didn’t want to. Hope my packages are delivered in a timely manner

I was nervous seeing all the bad reviews but I honestly had a great experience and would definitely come back here. No wait, very courteous gentlemen at the front desk. He didnt hesitate to let me borrow some tape to close my box and the total time in there was less than 5 minutes.
