I don’t know what these bad reviews are on about, but I went today Friday the 24th and Regina helped me. No line, no wait. She was so helpful, beautiful, and classy. Sent my letter with ease and asked kindly if I needed anything else. I will definitely be coming back to this location.

It's a little hard to find. The entrance is on the corner, in between flower child and chicos. The employee treated me kindly and respectfully

Used an automated machine to weigh a large envelope and buy the required postage with a credit card. Given multiple options. Avoided having to wait in line for counter help
