“Wasn’t much to why I was there but to drop off a prepaid package. Normally the size box I had you would leave at the counter but there’s a note that says you can’t. So usually they have a cart near the customer service door but there wasn’t one so instead of knocking or waiting in line, I tried the mail box and it worked.”

“I was expecting an important package for delivery on 11/25; the mail carrier did not leave it, stating "did not have access to the building..." which wasn't true. Regardless, the package did not show up 11/26 or 11/28 and no additional updates on tracking. I called the post office and spoke to Dee or Dean (sorry if I am misspelling). She looked and said she didn't see the package but took my number and said she'd call me back. I did not expect one, that's just the service I've come to expect. Not only did she call me back, but allowed me to come after hours to pick up my important package. She was very friendly and apologized for the delay. Thanks again!”

“I went as soon as they opened, parked in the garage across the street (make sure you get a ticket and take a photo of the door code in the garage) and I was the only one there. I just needed to send a package out. It took less than 2 minutes. :)”

I got tired of not knowing the answer to this question and the phone number got me nowhere. So i literally drive over here just to take this picture. You don't have to continue reading but apparently I have to continue typing. Also, I only gave it a high rating because it needed a rating. Take that with a grain of salt. “This post office is one of the best I've gone to. They're not over the top friendly but they try to get you in and out. I can't ask for more than that. It's so hidden I didn't know it existed for years living a few miles from it. I left my notebook there once early in the morning and when I realized it late afternoon I went back the next day and it was sitting right where I left it. If you can find them, give them a shot.”

“Package was dropped off a couple days ago and never updated on the tracker.Edit: looks like the scan was not captured but traveled safely. Still was a pain to call an agent then calling the post office. If there is no record or receipt of the drop off you’re SOL. Be sure to always get a receipt or take a photo.”

“Went to this location on a Monday around 1pm. Not expecting much based on the fact that a) It's USPS, and b) it was poor reviews. But boy, was I wrong.The postal workers at the counter were incredibly personal and friendly. They went above and beyond to help an elderly man who had trouble standing in line- brought him a stool to sit while je qaited in line and carried his package to the back to he wouldn't have to.The employee I worked with was so kind to my young daughter who wanted to mail out postcards to her grandparents. It made her smile and she felt so proud.Not sure what other people are doing wrong when they come here, but idk how you could have a bad time if this is the regular caliber of service here.”

“Since I moved to TX I found this place. The lady working there is always friendly and will help you with whatever you need. She's never rude; she always got a smile and makes you feel welcome! “NEVERRRR would think I'd be writing a review for USPS. Especially a 5 star. BUT....this is the only location I will go to. From the first time I visited a long while ago, their customer service st this location is always excellent. I drive past several USPS just to go to this one.Camron helped me today and he went above and beyond with his customer service. He had no idea I was having a not-so-great day and 100% made it better by simply being so helpful. I'll continue to pass lots of USPS locations just to go to this one. Its so worth it.”

“I came in today to retrieve a package after receiving a ticket saying they “attempted delivery” last week. I wasn’t able to come here until today, so I was ready to pick it up. To make a long story short, the post office was very empty and I was greeted and attended to quickly by Quin. She was kind and she found my package. Unfortunately the package box was destroyed. I put in a complaint with the company I ordered from and requested a refund on an item. Overall, the experience was pretty good.”

“I usually dread walking into any Postal office because I never know what to expect as far as customer service but I was amazed at how friendly and helpful they were from the moment I walked in. “Omg the team Stacy mgr, Shelia that was working the window and also Gary that were so friendly and helpful! My passport was nit delivered to me but the tracking said it was delivered 05/12:2023 after investigating what was taking passport so long since March 20, 2023! I walked into the post office morning and ask fir the supervisor Shelia said she needed more info went talk to mgr Stacy and they discovered my package was delivered to the wrong address the supv instructed the carrier to go to the house where the package was delivered and praise God they still had my package and the carrier immediately brought my package back to PO and supv Stacy brought my package to me while I was waiting I’m my car in less than 35 minutes from start to finish I had my passport unharmed! Awesome customer service!”

“I've been going to this post office since 2005 they are almost like my family . They have everything I need they go above and beyond the Call of Duty helping people who may be confused or in a hurry or even downright rude.. everyone is treated with respect no matter how badly they behave now that is nerves of Steel.. we must protect the post office we must protect our freedom of mail delivery if you think it's bad now wait till we don't have people that care about us and all these private companies go stashing our personal boxes to come back and pick up later + sell online!..We need Federal Regulation and we need federal employees to be paid a good wage because they endure much hardship so that we can be kept informed. We must support them in every way... Everybody has a bad day ...you don't know if they've just lost a dear loved one I still had to come in to work and smile at us..We don't know their stories so let's be patient because our post office could be taken from us in next few years if we are not ever watchful... This is a freedom we enjoy”
