“Post offices shave the rudest workers, but not this place. Every time I come in to pick up a package they are the nicest ladies, always greeting you with a smile, And sometimes that can go such a long way. Especially when you’re having a tough day.”
“This is a fantastic USPS office. The staff is always friendly and as quick as possible with every person. They are just genuinely kind people. After my *awful* experience at the Macarthur office again today because Royal Lane was closed at 9:30am on a Saturday, I will now drive out of my way every single time to come to Royal Lane USPS even if it means eaiting in the parking lot until they open. 10/10 would recommend x1000.”

“I know that a lot of people use reviews to complain but I got to tell you, here people have always been profesional and amicable. I wish people bring doing their entitlement two notches and treat other customer service people as they are, humans, specially in the coming season. I remember one day that I was having a really bad day and the lady with glasses (forgot her name) treat me with kindness without even knowing what was going on. I didn’t take it out on her either but having a little bit of patience with me that day made me write this. Thank you!”

“Known mainly to locals because it has no outdoor signs. It's a standard post office with courteous staff. The office has no exterior signs so it can be confusing to locate. It is located in the back of the building next to Chico's. You can enter in from the front between FlowerChild and Chico's or you can enter in from the back parking lot.”
“To the nice lady at the post office today thank you for being so kind and patient and not making me stand in the long line when I clearly had no idea what I was doing (helping me tape my package and telling me I could go to the ups store down the road and mail it there). Was having a bad day and had gone to the post office 3 times with the wrong return label because I am 31 and still don’t know how to mail a package at the post office? Anyways thank you your kindness made an impact on my day”
“There’s several places marked as Post Office and you show up and it’s only a pick up place, or other issues, ect.. so I just wanted to share that this is an actual small post office at the end of the shopping strip. The doors make it look a little scary- but you walk in and you’ll see a ton of PO Boxes and then you turn right and see the small little post office. The staff were really nice and I was in and out within 2 minutes. Overall great little hidden post office !”

“the two ladies that helped me were attentive and knowledgeable in sending an international package. the first one helped me pick the right box and gave me customs forms to fill out and guided me through the process very nicely while still taking care of other customers. i also noticed someone next to me upset about some int postage stamps being out of stock but the employee easily gave a solution! super efficient for a post office even on a friday afternoon”

“I had a package that I needed to pick up from the post office. I was not even aware that there was a post office hidden in this little area off Irving boulevard. Once I found it though, it was a piece of cake to get in, pick up my package, and be on my way. The staff were very friendly and professional. They even loaned me a cart to get my package to my car.”

I go out of my way to avoid the USPS on Markville Drive when at all possible so that I can go to this one in Lakewood. When I bring my packages in, DJ and Rosalyn are always very helpful and process my packages quickly. I treat them with respect, and they return the favor.”

“Not sure why this place has such bad reviews. I went in the morning around 9am. 2 workers, no line, maybe one or two other customers came in while I was there. The older lady seemed a little frustrated but it was understandable because her system was acting up, she passed me along to the other employee to be serviced while she restarted her system. The younger lady who helped me was very nice. She got my packages shipped with out any problems. I would go back and I'd recommend this location to others.”

“I’ve had various issues with the drivers from this location, but I’ve interacted with some really pleasant folks inside the office that have been helpful with locating lost packages not once, but multiple times now.
I wish I could give 5-stars, but the amount of undelivered items I’ve had to interact with detracts from that, however, surprisingly the folks at this location have been stellar. They’ve helped me locate undelivered orders of big things like suitcases all the way down to trading card orders. In particular, Robert N. has been the most helpful, even going so far as to reach out to me outside of working hours to go above and beyond in support of looking for lost items.
I’d recommend the staff here, sometimes you gotta hope for good luck with the drivers, but the people at this location have been great.”

I think some customers get angry and leave bad reviews about things the staff has no control over, like lost packages in foreign countries, etc. I’ve never had anything but good experiences at EaglePostal Center!”
