Dr. Kimball is so great and always listens to the least concerns. Andrea is amazing and the best trainer. The girls at the reception are supper nice and always greeting people by name. VCA Bent Tree Animal Hospital is highly recommended for its exceptional service and commitment to the well-being of its furry patients.
Brought my Pom Zoé, in for a couple of concerns that ended up being minor, everyone was super helpful and welcoming. I’d definitely recommend this location and Dr. Lorena Gutierrez, she’s great and we will be making her our puppy’s primary vet.

First visit. Front desk staff were very professional and friendly. Vet tech was very thorough and really listened while taking notes. Dr Kimball was amazing. She listened to my concerns, answered questions and made recommendations.

Staff is super friendly! They even have a cat friendly waiting area with Feliway spray to calm your cat while waiting for a room.
