Go to this Walgreens if you want to wait in line for nearly an hour every time you come in. If you want them to lose your prescription, lose your information, and fail to enter your insurance properly, use this walgreens. If you like to wait 45+ minutes in line, multiple days in a row struggling to get your prescription, use this Walgreens. Finally, if you want them to call you to let you know that your prescription is ready, only to tell you that it isn't when you arrive, definitely choose this Walgreens. This place is so unbelievably bad I do not understand how they even manage to open the doors.

The absolute worse run Walgreens I've been to in my life. Corporate needs to come here quick. Even if you call to make sure your rx is ready when u get there it is still NOT ready!! Avoid like the plague!

If you need a flu/Covid-19 test taken please do not use this location. I went to this location twice for what suppose to be a rapid test ehich you will get results in 30 min. The first time results came 6 hours later and this 2nd time I am on day 3 and still no results. This is not rapid at all and I know others that went to a different location for same reason and received their results within 30 minutes like they were suppose to. Never again!

older white woman with short hair wouldn't give me my medication. I take meds and have been doing 3 month pick up for years and she told me just to deal with it being monthly

Worst customer service. They answer the phone after long waits and say can you please hold and don’t give you a chance to respond. Eventually you will get dropped from the line.

Really disappointed in the customer service I received from Malcom today in the pharmacy. He was very rude in the way he spoke to me and it is clear that Walgreens does not value their customers.

Takes literal DAYS for them to fill a prescription. They don't answer the phones. And don't care if you need your prescriptions. NEVER coming here again. Terrible service.

I’m not sure how it’s possible, but they somehow lost my script and sent it to a stranger without my consent. And then I had the distinct pleasure of waiting on hold for 2 hours just so that they can disconnect the call before I got through to anyone.

Terrible service, I'm still waiting on a prescription that was sent 2 days ago and the app didn't have a pickup time, so I called and tried to speak with the staff and they picked up the phone and hung up on me 3 times.Last week I was told that December 29th - December 5th was only 7 days (I came up with 8 days) and had to spend an additional day in pain from back reconstruction surgery.I have called their national office and complained 3 times and have never gotten a promised follow up call.

Pharmacy is so mismanaged, it is unclear to me how they are still in business. They routinely lose prescriptions, don't respond to app refills, never deliver when promised, have rude & unattentive clerks and have ungodly phone wait times. The app sends notices that are incorrect and often out of date. The clerks cannot answer routine questions regarding a refill and have no appreciation for the need for service. I'm changing pharmacies today.

GARBAGEEEE. The pharmacy is very unorganized. I’ve been trying to refill a prescription for a week. No one answers the phone and when you go through the drive thru it can’t be filled for days. There is no communication and no one has an answer for anything. Other locations do better and I’ll be doing myself the favor of transferring my business. But if you live in the area save yourself the headache!

As a warning, please do NOT drop your film off to be developed here. We dropped some rolls of film to be developed weeks ago and have not been able to track them down or get a status from anyone. Everyone we talk to gives us a different answer as to what is going on. I have been understanding and patient with them but have not received any help. I just keep being told to check back again in a few days just to be told the same thing the next time I call.

Probably the worst Walgreens pharmacy in DFW. They move at a snails pace. I was fourth in line and it took over 35 minutes to pick up a prescription that was already ready. There is an older lady that works the register, and no only is she very scattered, but I could hear her talking about personal stuff in the back with her coworker while all of us were waiting. This is the third time it's been like this. Do better, please. I'm very understanding, but this is over the top in lack of efficiency.
