Worst customer service. They answer the phone after long waits and say can you please hold and don’t give you a chance to respond. Eventually you will get dropped from the line.

Really disappointed in the customer service I received from Malcom today in the pharmacy. He was very rude in the way he spoke to me and it is clear that Walgreens does not value their customers.

I’m not sure how it’s possible, but they somehow lost my script and sent it to a stranger without my consent. And then I had the distinct pleasure of waiting on hold for 2 hours just so that they can disconnect the call before I got through to anyone.
