Difficult to call it a bank branch poor service, bad smell to stay inside, and staffs are not willingness to serve or help you.

Why is my money been held hostage for the 3rd time by Wells Fargo? I was told by several people not to open up an account with them, but foolishly decided otherwise. Do yourself, your mama and your peace a favor and utilize better options!

Tried to open an account here. I was told we could wait, but had no idea how long it would be. Decided to go to a different bank.
