Did 2 loads for them in November of last year and January of this year- no payment, not answering calls or emails. Spend my money doing it in this trucking recession while its extremely to have any profit and getting completely ignored. What kind of business is this? If you are a carrier looking to get paid for your services to worldwide, good luck. furthermore, trying to actually speak to someone about getting paid is impossible. they owe me $2,000.00 from back in august of 2023, no response to emails and they do not answer their phones.their dispatchers will pick up no problem, payables? haha.. not happening. filing on their bond, so i guess i will need to wait a bit longer. what a joke.

Absolute Ghetto Thugs!!!!! Doubt if they have an accounts team. These are the kinds brokers that we carriers have been asking the fmcsa to suspend. Why should we have to chase these scammers for our money?? Stay very far away from these crooks.

Worse company to ever work with I did a load for them and they said I was paid with a check at delivery when clearly I wasn’t not I can’t get a hold of the broker nor the accountability department very unprofessional. This has been more than 60 days and still haven’t gotten a payment from them.

This company is TRASH! They billed our account for over 2K for shipments that are not ours! They admitted that they made a mistake and it has been weeks still with no resolution or money back in my account. They had some good things going for them but the unjust delayed in refunding my money has stained any positives that they have had. Again I am talking WEEKS well more so months. BEWARE!

Carriers be aware, this comany is a scam artist. They do not pay carriers after freight has been delivered. They accounting department does not answer phones, or emails. I have tried over 15 email addresses and not one reply regarding payment of a 90 day old invoice. This compnay is a complete scam!

Carriers please stay far away from this company as possible due to the fact that they do not like to pay for our services. I’ve reached out to every email they have on file in order to receive my payment and they have ghosted my company. Extremely unprofessional! Brokerage like yours are the reason why The trucking industry is the way it is presently.

This company is HORRIBLE to pay out on loads. My 1st load with World Wide was a TONU and it took them 2 months to get paid $150, days later I get another load from World Wide and I'm 40 days Net and they have NOT yet paid out on this load. They request for you to email the accounting dep. email which they NEVER response. I will no longer be doing a load for them! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.They are so fast to reply on the google comments but not fast enough to reply to the important accounting emails.
