A decent broker and the team worked well but whoever had worked afterhours/early morning on 10/17/2025 had ruined the whole picture. What a rude person with an attitude and hate towards the carriers. That pal truly despise his job

I’ve worked with this brokerage for years, and they’ve consistently proven themselves to be one of the best in the industry. They truly understand the trucking business and show real respect for both dispatchers and truckers. Their team is fast, reliable, and always responsive when help is needed.

I'm having trouble getting a live person, so I have no idea who's in control of my UPS account. I am locked out of UPS and desperately trying to get help!
Someone did email me back with some information from WORLD WIDE - but it seems that you have customer service issues based on you reviews..
