“Was a bit apprehensive since it was my first time ordering from this website, I had sent a chat to get an update on my order and I got such a personalized and immediate response which was super reassuring!
I am SO impressed by the quality of the bridle I ordered, it has thick rubber reins which really made a difference with the contact I was getting from my horse, the color was RICH and stunning to the eye, the leather smelled so good and was so buttery soft- not stiff like usual and I loved the thick crown piece and color!
I have a unique color of tack that I use which can be hard to match each piece to eachother and I really could not be more thankful.
Took about a week to arrive but it was SO worth the wait”
