“Looked at PS5 for my son. Would not turn on thought it was power supply needing replacement. They got it working without any issue.
Great job same day service!”
“Tanner was amazingly helpful. Very professional and knowledgeable. I've been an AT&T customer for many many years and this was the best experience I've ever had. He helped me with new technology and adjustments to my bill to help me save money. Although this isn't the closest store to my house, I'll go out of my way to come here. Tanner earned a forever customer!”
“I don’t normally post a whole lot of reviews, but I like to do it when I feel like an establishment really go above and beyond. Just moved into the area and as a result this is my local Cricket store now. I am so glad that everyone I have met at this store so far has been so friendly and knowledgeable. It always feels like a welcoming environment. Everyone takes their time with me when I ask what I’m sure are some dumb questions, but I am never made to feel like I’m stupid. I always learn something new when I leave. I appreciate them very much!”

“Having no Tech knowledge, I spent a panic stricken night after finding that my phone had been hacked. I took the phone to Verizon, Decatur where I had bought it. I was greeted by Ben with a big smile...he was so calm and professional as he took my phone and I felt hopeful. He was extremely kind and friendly that we chatted all the time he worked. The most brilliant thing is that he fixed my phone....Excellent!! Thank you Ben for your marvelous attitude towards both myself as a customer and to the job you do!
Much appreciated.
