“Came into the store needing a new phone. Ben made me aware of the additional perks that came with my phone, offered me advise, gave me realistic timeframes on how long the process was going to take, and made the process of transferring over my data very smooth. Great customer service! I recommend this location.”

“I just want people to know that for 10 days I was without any phone service. I had switched over from Straight Talk to Boost went and got the SIM card and a three month plan at Walmart in Bowie and every time I would call to get my phone to working in order to talk to an agent I would get charged four dollars so my daughter had went to a Boost Mobile in Wichita Falls and got the black SIM card because a few days prior, that is what one of the technicians said I needed not the white one but the black one because of where I live it was on a different network so she did that. Well then I used her phone yesterday to try to get it to work and I still could not get it to work and every time I would call, they would want to charge four dollars so today I went to the Boost Mobile store in Decatur and the guy was gonna charge me $39 to get my phone working and it it wasn’t him. It was cause if he got into the computer put in any information, I would’ve automatically be charged $39 so he told me ma’am you can go over there and sit down in the chair there and you can call them and I will tell you what to say and what to do and so I did that and just after the first minute, not even that when they said that they’re gonna charge me four dollars, he asked for my phone and he skipped that part and then hand it back to me and after a few more minutes, he wants my phone again and then finally, he realized the runaround that I have been getting every time that I would call the Boost Mobile phone number to get any help. He finally just went ahead and did it and so now I am at home and my phone is working. I can call my mom I can text my mom I can send her pictures. I can. I have service now because here in Montague we do not have T-Mobile network. It runs off of AT&T so whatever that guy‘s name that was there at the store on this day which is 1011 2025 I really want to say thank you”

“This Kayla woman below that left this rude review I’ve been waiting for you to post. AND IN RESPONSE TO YOUR CHILDISHNESS I MUST SAY…

As a customer who was present in the store during this interaction, I was genuinely disturbed by the behavior displayed by this individual toward Ty and the staff. The level of hostility, disrespect, and immaturity shown was completely unnecessary and far beyond what should ever occur in a professional retail environment.
Ty remained patient, compassionate, and professional throughout the entire interaction. He repeatedly attempted to explain the promotions, billing structure, and available options in a calm and respectful manner. Unfortunately, the customer consistently refused to listen, interrupted constantly, and repeatedly claimed she “did not understand” despite detailed explanations being provided multiple times. At several points, it became clear that the issue was not a lack of explanation, but an unwillingness to comprehend or cooperate.
What was especially shocking was the blatant personal attacks made toward Ty, including immature insults unrelated to the actual service experience. For someone allegedly in their late 30s and responsible for raising ten children, the conduct displayed was astonishingly juvenile and embarrassing. No grown adult — especially a parent — should behave in such a hateful, vulgar, and aggressive manner toward employees who are simply trying to help.
Ty handled the situation with far more grace than most people would have. Even while being spoken to disrespectfully, he continued trying to assist and de-escalate the situation professionally. That level of patience deserves recognition, not ridicule.
It is deeply unfair for employees to be subjected to defamatory comments simply because a customer refuses to listen or take accountability for their own misunderstandings. From what I personally witnessed, Ty acted appropriately, professionally, and with genuine concern for resolving the customer’s issues. The accusations made against him do not reflect the reality of what occurred in that store.
I sincerely hope management recognizes the difference between legitimate feedback and emotionally driven attacks intended to demean employees personally. Ty deserves praise for maintaining professionalism under extremely unpleasant circumstances.”
