“Gilbert Perez at the ACU at the Deer Park location is amazing! Today he helped get a loan. He is professional, friendly, and goes out of his way to provide the service that his customers need. Today he went over and beyond the call of duty. I had lost my wallet today and since ACU was the last stop I made, I went to Gilbert to see if I might have left it in his office. He checked his entire office but didn’t find it. He went further to check the camera footage but did not find anything. I left his office to go look further at home. He told me he was still going to continue looking further and would call me. I did find it at home and I started to call him to let him know but he called me first. I told him I found it and let him know how much I appreciated all his help. He did not have to do this but he took the time to help me. Again, he went over what he needed to do to help a customer. There needs to be more people like him. He first started out helping me with a loan but ended up going so much further to help me in finding my wallet.
