“Got a side window and windshield replaced along with tint on all windows. Great price on glass and good tint install. They were also able to find the source of a whistling noise from the window trim and showed me how to put it back in place. Will definitely come back when the next rock gets me on 45”

“Probably one of the lowest price in Houston for Honda CRV windshield. Install took about an hour. Very nice comfortable waiting area with several big soft recliners and chairs. The woman running the front office, named Nina, I think, was extremely professional, helpful, nice and knowledgeable. I will go back again for any auto windshield repair and would recommend friends to them. Good luck.”

“I highly recommend this place. When someone busted in my back glass, I needed it fixed quickly. The lady who answered the phone was able to confirm they had the glass I needed. After I arrived, they got me in within 30 min. The man who replaced the glass was very polite, fixed the glass quickly, and even cleaned the broken glass in the back seat. Great prices also. “Yesterday I had some final destination ish happen, I got I-45ed. The car in front of me kicked up some road debris and shattered the passenger side of Tim’s truck windshield, punctured through and sprayed glass shards everywhere. Ok maybe I’m being a bit dramatic but ish scared me. Moral of the story, after calling around and getting quotes for $500+ we called Ace1 Auto Glass out of Webster and they came this morning, to the house and replaced the front windshield in less than 30 minutes for $389! 10/10 recommend but hope you don’t need.”
“We’ve been subscribers since Rich’s opened. Great value, great service and great people. Today, Jack, the assistant manager went the extra mile! I managed to accidentally include my phone in a handful of trash items and didn’t realize it until our truck was completely cleaned, vacuumed and sparkly. By then all of the trash cans had been collected and emptied into the dumpster. I searched everywhere for my phone and then as a last resort thought that perhaps it had been thrown away. Jack immediately donned boots and gloves and climbed into the dumpster and sifted until he found it at the bottom! Wow, what a relief. That was beyond the call of duty and I’m so grateful!”
“I called EZ Auto Glass to inquire about a windshield replacement on a 19 tundra. I needed the replacement done before I left town the following day. I usually use a competitor around the corner but they did not have availability for another 2 weeks. EZ Auto ordered the glass and got it installed the same day.I also got the tint strip on the upper portion of the windshield. Very good customer service and the work they do is outstanding. I recommend this location if you are looking for good quality work.”
