“It was a pleasurable experience for me. They’re knowledgeable about their craft and professional attitudes. I totally recommend. Just go there with patience because a lot of customers use them, law enforcement included. They’ll do it right the first time.”
“Mr Pedro and his brother did an excellent job replacing my windshield. They were efficient, affordable and made the process very easy. Another shop couldn’t get it done, but they took care of it without any issues. Highly recommend this shop!”
“I highly recommend this place. When someone busted in my back glass, I needed it fixed quickly. The lady who answered the phone was able to confirm they had the glass I needed. After I arrived, they got me in within 30 min. The man who replaced the glass was very polite, fixed the glass quickly, and even cleaned the broken glass in the back seat. Great prices also. Wonderful place!”
“I will always be a returning customer to this local small business! I’ve returned numerous times for different inquiries and have received the same type of customer service and work, AMAZING! Emilio and Manny always greet me with a smile, a good laugh, and give me the best advice or find solutions to a problem. I confidently will send any and everyone I know to this shop!”
“Booking on line for our windshield replacement was easy, we got a quick response back, and from start to finish everything was efficient and well done. This was our second time to use Safelite and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. The gentleman at the Pasadena, Texas shop was very nice and helpful. They finished everything sooner than we expected which was nice.”

8/29/26 It's been a while since I came here but the shop is still here, the prices are competitive, the service was great and I am happy that I had my rear window replaced here. Thank you for the great service for over a decade. See you down the road.”
