“Chris and Michele gave me upfront news and estimates on my vehicle and did an amazing job telling me what and how and when it got done… they were amazing when I needed the the most for my vehicle. Landrover discovery that hardly no one will work on.”

“Excellent service! I went to Texpro Auto Glass for a windshield replacement on my truck and I’m very satisfied. The job was done quickly, professionally, and at a fair price. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything. They clearly have great experience with both cars and 18-wheelers. “Got a side window and windshield replaced along with tint on all windows. Great price on glass and good tint install. They were also able to find the source of a whistling noise from the window trim and showed me how to put it back in place. Will definitely come back when the next rock gets me on 45”
“Every time i come here, i get great service. The owner is very knowledgeable about the products and services they offer. The prices for services are great and they will come to you if you need them to. I recommend this business, they are worth the time and money.
8/29/26 It's been a while since I came here but the shop is still here, the prices are competitive, the service was great and I am happy that I had my rear window replaced here. Thank you for the great service for over a decade. See you down the road.”

Arturo made everything easy and stress-free, answered all of my questions, and made sure the work was completed to a high standard. The customer service he provided really stood out. I truly appreciate the time and effort he put into making sure I was taken care of. I highly recommend Caliber Collision, and especially Arturo, to anyone needing collision repairs. Thank you for the outstanding service!”
“Probably one of the lowest price in Houston for Honda CRV windshield. Install took about an hour. Very nice comfortable waiting area with several big soft recliners and chairs. The woman running the front office, named Nina, I think, was extremely professional, helpful, nice and knowledgeable. I will go back again for any auto windshield repair and would recommend friends to them. Good luck.”
“Mr Pedro and his brother did an excellent job replacing my windshield. They were efficient, affordable and made the process very easy. Another shop couldn’t get it done, but they took care of it without any issues. Highly recommend this shop!”

After I arrived, they got me in within 30 min. The man who replaced the glass was very polite, fixed the glass quickly, and even cleaned the broken glass in the back seat. Great prices also. Wonderful place!”
“I can't say enough great things about Gerber Collision & Glass. I recently had two vehicles repaired there, one for work and one personal, and the experience exceeded my expectations.
Despite having an overwhelming number of vehicles in the shop for the same type of repair, the entire team remained professional, friendly, patient, and incredibly accommodating throughout the process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made what could have been a stressful experience as smooth as possible.
The quality of the repairs was outstanding. Both vehicles were returned looking fantastic, and it was clear they take great pride in their workmanship and customer service. It's not often that you find a business that maintains such a high level of care and professionalism, even when they're extremely busy.
I highly recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone in need of collision repairs. Their commitment to quality, communication, and customer satisfaction truly sets them apart.”
“Yesterday I had some final destination ish happen, I got I-45ed. The car in front of me kicked up some road debris and shattered the passenger side of Tim’s truck windshield, punctured through and sprayed glass shards everywhere. Ok maybe I’m being a bit dramatic but ish scared me. Moral of the story, after calling around and getting quotes for $500+ we called Ace1 Auto Glass out of Webster and they came this morning, to the house and replaced the front windshield in less than 30 minutes for $389! 10/10 recommend but hope you don’t need.”
“We’ve been subscribers since Rich’s opened. Great value, great service and great people. Today, Jack, the assistant manager went the extra mile! I managed to accidentally include my phone in a handful of trash items and didn’t realize it until our truck was completely cleaned, vacuumed and sparkly. By then all of the trash cans had been collected and emptied into the dumpster. I searched everywhere for my phone and then as a last resort thought that perhaps it had been thrown away. Jack immediately donned boots and gloves and climbed into the dumpster and sifted until he found it at the bottom! Wow, what a relief. That was beyond the call of duty and I’m so grateful!”

“I called EZ Auto Glass to inquire about a windshield replacement on a 19 tundra. I needed the replacement done before I left town the following day. I usually use a competitor around the corner but they did not have availability for another 2 weeks. EZ Auto ordered the glass and got it installed the same day.I also got the tint strip on the upper portion of the windshield. Very good customer service and the work they do is outstanding. I recommend this location if you are looking for good quality work.”
“Excellent service from start to finish. The staff was professional, honest, and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly, and had my vehicle running perfectly again in no time. Pricing was fair, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. It’s hard to find a trustworthy auto repair shop these days, but this place definitely earned my business for the future. Highly recommend!”
“I had the unfortunate experience of an accident involving my Rig & Houston Heavy Duty was recommended. Prior to committing for repair I visited the site & met Jason who from jump street was a total Pro & validated my choice of selecting this facility to do their magic. Through out the whole process of towing, insurance & appraisal it went as smooth as could be expected. Jason & his team were transparent throughout the whole process & their integrity was refreshing considering my situation. To say I was satisfied would be an understatement!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you find yourself in a similar situation...???”
“I will always be a returning customer to this local small business! I’ve returned numerous times for different inquiries and have received the same type of customer service and work, AMAZING! Emilio and Manny always greet me with a smile, a good laugh, and give me the best advice or find solutions to a problem. I confidently will send any and everyone I know to this shop!”
“I had a wonderful experience with Safelite! My service was scheduled the same day and I was in and out in under an hour. The team at the Decker Drive location were great! They were very professional and accommodating while I waited for the repair to be done. Thank you so much for making this quick and easy!”
“Booking on line for our windshield replacement was easy, we got a quick response back, and from start to finish everything was efficient and well done. This was our second time to use Safelite and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. The gentleman at the Pasadena, Texas shop was very nice and helpful. They finished everything sooner than we expected which was nice.”
“This is the place to go for no BS audio. Tell them what you want and they will tell you what you need and never try to upset you. And they have a great installation crew who get the job done right.”

“Needed to replace the back glass of Grandson's truck as leaking badly due to failed motor for sliding glass. They were really helpful in best glass for the best price. Was so happy about the replacement, that chose to replace the front windshield as well as all cracked up. They gave us a very fair price and the quality of installation was unmatched.
