What really stood out was how he took the extra time to explain a few helpful tips and answered my questions without rushing.

“We come to this store every time we are in town. We are currently remodeling a family home, and have been frequent shoppers of this store for a few months now. Luckily for us, they have *almost* everything we need. What we don't find here, we find down the road.
The employees are always helpful and super nice. They have even helped my husband load things into our trailer so I wouldn't have to be the one assisting... without even being asked! One day, my husband accidentally left some old plumbing pieces he was trying to match in the cart we had been using. He realized this a couple of hours after we left the store! Thankfully, the employee saw them, saved them, and when nobody came back for them after an hour, he tossed them in the trash. He was quick to show my husband where he tossed them, and thankfully so because he needed one of the pieces on it that he could not find anywhere else in Del Rio!
