“The reviewer Ari Berry just sounds like an entitled parent who thinks everyone and everything should revolve around her and her kid. As per her review, her biggest complaint is that one employee didn't smile at her and didn't tolerate her kid messing with merchandise that she had NOT even purchased. It is baseline common sense not to handle in-store merchandise in a way that could damage it, and the fact that she feels so attacked by being reprimanded for her child's inexcusable behavior is a testament to her character. I'd disregard her review based on her whiny attitude alone.I'm fairly new to Del Rio and have been looking around for garden centers. Russell's seems perfectly fine and organized. The customer service I personally received was up to standard. The only thing I'd say is that the registers and some of the tech need updating. Other than that, I had a positive experience and will be returning.”
