Mixed experiences, some good some very bad. This store doesn't typically go above and beyond for their customers if there's any kind of problem with your phones. Just regular services they do great.

Amazing customer service! Ernesto helped me with my question and made sure I left the store with the charging equipment that I needed. Way to go AT&T your employees are knowledgeable and well trained!

AT&T store in Del Rio, Texas, is to be avoided at all costs. My horrible experience there is too long to post here, but the store rep, Miguel, is the most insolent, incompetent employee I have ever encountered. This, despite the fact that I spent $2000 there that day.

Miguel R attitude is trash ?️ was no help at all. Asked him questions all he would do is mumble and literally not answer the question at all l. Very poor customer service from him

Aaron took care of all of our needs. He gave helpful advice. He did everything we needed. 2 new phones. New line of service and was able to find me a discount I did not know was available to me.

The store and the people working their where no problem at all ... in-fact they where quite helpful... I am upset with you guys “ AT&T “ simply because my AT&T bill is $477 a MONTH !!! As a elite client that's insane ... why do you guys charge a insurance for every line yet I already had a family insurance plan ??? Why ?? I'm still considering changing providers ... I been with you guys for a very long time several years already to be exact... and to make things clear the workers at the store where very helpful and knowledgeable I'm upset with this company and the crazy bills ...

I went to the store to get some help setting up some prepaid SIM cards I bought from the AT&T website. The guy proudly told me no one in the store knows how to do this, then he triumphantly told me I can buy some new SIM cards from the store and they know how to make that work. I went through the process only to find out they don't know how to set up online payment, so I have to go to the store every month to make a payment there. It's an amazing experience!.

Just wanted to come on here to give kudos to Marisol who went above and beyond to take care of me on a visit I had. I was ready to upgrade our current service especially with an older mother who isn’t tech savvy she went above and beyond and answered all her questions.
