I’ve been coming to the JC Penney salon for three years and Fernanda is the best!! For the high quality work the women give please provide them with an updated salon. It’s very dated and worn looking.

Went in to exchange boots because they didnt have the size we needed and after being told we wouldnt get our points back and that they would go to waste we were sent to talk to Maria G who helped get all of our money back with an additional discount which left us satified and wanting to go back to shop for more.
