ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service I think I've ever had. Been waiting for a call for a warranty phone I ordered, was supposed to be here about a week ago. I've called multiple times, phone was answered 3 times, i could hear someone talking in the background, then they just hung up. Finally, on the 4th time, someone answered and said my name. Exact quote "Hey Scott, can you call back in 30 minutes?" Then hung up without waiting for me to acknowledge. I understand if you're busy, but offer to call me back, or at the very least wait for me to answer you.. You obviously have caller id, cause you knew my name. You'd think a company that sold phones would have a tiny bit of phone etiquette. Super disappointed

Some employees require more training. Their customer service is fine, but their knowledge of company policies is lacking.

Customer service sucks. Went in to buy a case and possibly upgrade an older iPhone if they didn’t have the case. Lady up front was upset and said they don’t have cases for the older phone but didn’t even bother to ask if I wanted to upgrade, to which I would’ve said yes. We walked out and she didn’t hesitate to let us do so! ??

I just want to say the customer service at this store is amazing. Every time I go in or my aunt the staff is friendly courteous and kind. Very helpful and even tries their best to make the best deals in the customers favor. One of the best customer service places I’ve ever been. Erica, Melissa, Marisa and even Josh went out of their way today to help. When I was in the store today with a friend all the associates at the time went out of their way to make sure every customer was serviced in a timely manner and left the store happy and more knowledgeable with their items. Definitely going back.

This location is not good. My 16 yr old bought the Samsung flip phone. The sale associate made us wait forever while she was dealing with an issue with a different customer. She would not let any other associate help. So people were coming in after us getting helped. Three hours later we left. I would not go to this location if you could help it. When we purchased the flip phone we were not told this phone has a lot off issues. Of course the sales person was just adamant to make a sale. Fast forward to current day. We have already had to do one warranty claim three weeks ago. Just one week after having the phone a line appeared straight down the middle. We were approved with customer care for another warranty exchange. As long as there is no physical damage to either the screen or the outside of the phone. Which there is not! The store is saying they know there is an issue and they tell all the customers. Which is funny because we bought the phone from the store and were not provided with that information. Either way they know there is an issue with the phone customer service has stated they should approve the exchange. Yet the store is not wanting to handle the situation. They simply want to pass the buck. Two associates and the manager at the store all said they will not help. The are actually trying to blame my son. I have also had to wait a hour just to inquire about getting my license back which I left. When there were associates clearly in the back. No one wanted to help because they were obviously just worried about sales. I WAS THERE FOR MY LICENSE. SO NO ONE CARED.

Best phone company out there! The customer service is always great and know how to take care of their customers. Would definitely recommend them! Haley, Alyssa, Silvia and Eddie are very knowledgeable and always providing excellent service. They are outstanding at what they do!

I think the Del Rio Tmobile store is awesome! They were super helpful and courteous, especially Erica and her manager Melissa! Since I had such a great experience, I felt compelled to leave a review.I am not sure why the Reyes family is choosing to leave so many bad reviews, but it seems like they have a lot of time to bully people who are just doing their job. Overall driving down their rating isn’t going to make the one tmobile store in Del Rio go away.

This team is amazing! Shout out to Erica and the last gentleman I talked to today. I've been using T-Mobile home internet for a while and the router had problems but they were able to replace it immediately with no hassle to myself while offering me a better phone plan then my previous provider on top of lowering my monthly home internet. They are the best team I've worked with in a long time
