The person working did not know how to ship packages international and i was asked to come back when someone else was on shift.
Shipping international is a core function of a shipping company. This store fails to meet basic shipping expectations.
This took place Saturday 19 july at 11:45 AM.
I went to FedEx down the street and seamlessly shipped to Canada for 50 dollars. Shipping international is the only service I could evaluate.

Stay away from this store! Had issues with my delivery package a couple times and the front desk employee āSupervisorā (MARIBEL) was not helpful at all! Rude and needs to work on her customer service! My complaint was sent to her franchise owner! Go to usps instead!

The staff went above and beyond in helping us navigate the shipping/delivery process!! I am so thankful for their kindness and help!! (Weāve been using this store since Covid days, and the staff has been excellent!!)

Have never had a positive experience here. Arrogant people who donāt help nor solve any issues. If I could leave no stars and recommend fedex that would be it. UPS Del Rio is not worth the time nor headaches.

Terrible experience with the manager at this location.
I walked into The UPS Store on Veterans Blvd needing just two printouts. Since they promote small business solutions and printing services, I figured it would be a quick and simple task. I needed to edit a PDF file before printing, so I asked if they had a computer I could use. The manager bluntly said no. I then asked if I could email the document to the store, which I did immediately.
Instead of helping, she started doing something else and left me standing there. Other customers came in and were helped before me. After a long wait, she finally asked, āDid you need anything else?āāas if I was just hanging out in the store for fun. This person is the manager.
She claimed she couldnāt edit the PDF (which I know is absolutely possible). Her attitude got worse from there she barely spoke, but her actions and facial expressions said plenty. Cold, dismissive, and unprofessional.
When I finally got my 3 copies prints in which Iāll have to redo at home because they werenāt usable, I was charged over $4. For 3 regular white sheets of paper. Iāve gotten better quality prints for less than a quarter per page at other stores.
I was 5 hours from home and needed to get signatures for something important, otherwise I wouldāve never gone here. I do not recommend this location, unless you enjoy being ignored and disrespected by the manager.

I sure wish I had read the reviews before I went. The guy screwed up my copy order and then rushed me in another lady out of the store because they were about to close. But not before he charged me the full price for my order. This is trash and extremely poor customer service.

I wouldnāt give this place a single star! They play games with your packages, hella RUDE, and liars!!!! For 3 days my husband was looking for a package, that Amazon sent there, for they are an access point, Amazon says they are, the post office says they are and their website says they are. Anyway, they kept sending us to the post office. We finally get a postal worker that tracked down the package, they sent it to UPS, access point, like they always do, gave me proof that they have it. My husband had just left UPS and they said they didnāt have it. So after I received proof from the postal service, I called them. I told them I have physical proof that you have our package. The lady said, we have it. I asked her why did she lie to my husband, saying itās not there less than 5 minutes ago. She said, we have just sent it back, because he is not authorized to pick up mail there, he had to pay a fee, we are not an access point. I replied, why didnāt you say that three days ago when he went in? The post office said you are an access point, they send packages daily to them. The person hung up. We really needed that package, itās a part to our RV, we travel full time and we leave tomorrow. They sent it back out of spite! My husband called them out for misplacing his package, because he pointed out mail on the floor. They have been beyond rude to him every time he went to check, we were getting notices saying it had been delivered 3 days ago. They have verbally abused him to the point that he did not want to talk to them due to his anger building up. All of this is sick, playing with federal mail and just playing games. The reviews on here are all bad and replied back with poor excuses. We desperately needed that package, we ordered it a week ago. This place needs to fire and rehire a respectful and competent crew. My husband and I filed a complaint with their corporate office, leaving names as well, if corporate does not do anything we will continue. We were just in their office, they sent the package back, a package they told my husband they did not have less than 5 minutes ago. We need that part. Interfering with federal mail is an offense, the mail came from the post office, we may have to take that route. Nobody, deserves this kind of treatment from a business handling their mail and packages!! Three days of their RUDE behavior. The post office said that they are very unorganized! Peopleās mail laying on the floor, uncalled for. Gives UPS a bad name! We have be dealing with UPS for a long time and never had this treatment!! I hope you all get fired, except for the one nice lady who was super helpful the one time. People avoid this place for you mental health, if for nothing else!! 0 stars!!
