This is the first location where they have asked me to buy a roll of tape to send my package. What in the world is going on in Del Rio TX? LOL the first location in 4 states I have visited that asked me to buy a roll of tape. You know what I did? I went next door to a Family Dollar and bought tapefor $1.75 instead of $8.99. Lord, what has this place come to? lol Do better

They DO NOT do notary services. We called to ask about hours for the advertised notary services, and the person who answered was very short and sounded annoyed by our call. We ended up going to Cannon Graphics, and they were awesome.

Brought in an Amazon return. Needed tape for the label to be attached to the box. Was told I could but a roll for $8.00 and could not use theirs or would need to go buy some and return. Ridiculous! If I could give zero stars I would. AMAZON PLEASE ONLY USE USPS OR FRDEX.

The female employee was helpful. Had to buy tape at$7.99. Had to spend $3.99 to email them for a label. They should visit Kerrville and see how it's done!!

Apparently this store constantly only hires people with less education. I always see a high turn over rate. When applying they are shocked when getting a 100% on elementary math problems. They don't like people that college degrees apply and people that NEED WORK. Hire reliable people.

VERY HORRIBLE PLACE! HOW CAN THIS PLACE LOSE AN EQUIPMENT THAT I WANTED TO RETURN TO SPECTRUM AND UPS LOSES IT? I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHAT KIND OF SO CALLED “SHIPPING” PLACE LOSES ITEMS! YALL SHOULD BE GERY RESPONSIBLE OF ALL ITEMS THAT NEEDS TO BE SHIPPED!

Wonderful experience as long as you do not need anything, need any help, or need an answer to a question. If all you are doing is dropping off a package that is completely ready to ship, then the experience is tolerable. Horrendous service, no supplies, unhelpful staff. Asked for piece of tape to affix a label and was informed that is not allowed. Worst UPS store experience yet, and have had my fair share of bad experiences at UPS.

I worked here for a week. I told then before and emphasize multiple times that I could not do part time. The next week when I got my schedule it was 10 hours. I had a mailbox there, and now that I quit, they continue to give me problems and refuse to give me my packages and mail unless I provide information that they have changed what I needed the 4 times I have been there. People obviously quit here for a reason. 0/10 Do not recommended this store for anything.Edit: After this incident they decided to close my mailbox. Were rude. Did not refund the time I paid ahead. They sent my mail back after they said they would hold into it. The authorities will be contacted since they thought this was so funny.

The lady who worked with us, Maria, was fabulous! We were shipping 2 Antique Japaneese lamps with their silk lampshades.Maria was very courteous and helpful. She admitted she was nervous about packing them for shipping and handled them with GREAT care respect.. was always professional, making confident we had made the right choice in shipping services.

Entered for an Amazon return. Needed to print label and ship. Was told I could use computer to retrieve label. Was not told it would cost $3 to login, aside from an unobtrusive piece of white laminated paper I didn't even notice till they pointed it out at checkout. I then had to buy an entire roll of tape for $8 and affix it to the box, as taping labels apparently isn't a service they offer. Scissors were not offered to cut it out, either, so I folded it to tape it.Guess they want to discourage use of their store for anything but dropoff of fully prepared packages.

Employees arbitrarily decide when to close the store. Tried to drop an already boxed and labeled package 10 minutes before closing but they were too lazy to take it and locked up 10 minutes before. I asked when they closed, they said "in 5 minutes", but they wouldn't let me in the store and wouldn't let me drop off a ready to go package. Terrible service!
