They treat her so well - she is actually happy to run in when I drop her off! Holidays and birthdays means photo shoots and special play time. She loves staying here.

Easy to make the reservation. Had a great experience before so no worries about going back. Length of trip changed twice while I was on it and they handled those changes with no issues. Awesome place for when you have to entrust you r fur baby to someone else.

Wonderful, very caring staff. They went above and beyond in taking care of my dog. She was not doing well due to a gastrointestinal issue. They were incredibly compassionate and proactive.
Immediate, consistent feedback and pictures
Definitely outstanding!!!

Great experience for our dog and us. Friendly staff, clean facility, and so convenient when traveling from the airport. We have booked many stays for our dog and will continue to do so.

Our recent experience with Bark&Zoom dog boarding facility left much to be desired. Despite their promises of plenty of playtime, my dog seemed confined to a jail-like cell for most of his stay, which was disheartening to see on the cameras.Communication was also a letdown. Despite our regular check-ins, we were never informed that our dog had fallen ill during his stay. Upon pickup, we were shocked to learn about his diarrhea, which had persisted for four days. We only discovered this after proactively requesting specific reports, as it was not communicated to us during his stay.Overall, while the convenience of its location near the airport and shuttle services is a plus, the lack of playtime, communication, and transparency regarding my dog's health has made me hesitant to return. This is particularly concerning as my dog is still unwell, and we're uncertain about the cause of his illness.

My 2 dogs did their evaluation day yesterday.Everything went well, they seemed very happy and the staff invited them back. The facility was very nice, well equipped and extremely clean. Thestaff was friendly and informative. I will update this review after their next extended boarding.

The people at Bark&Zoom know how to make a dog’s stay great. They learn the quirks of the individual dogs and are excellent at making the animals safe, secure, and provide needed enrichment for the animals. The fact that Bark&Zoom is convenient to the airport for human travel is just a bonus.

I will never board here again. I recently boarded my dog here for the first time over Christmas for 5 days. He was in one of the suites with a webcam so we were able to see him the entire time. Bark and Zoom has 4 play areas and we were told that the dogs get 4-6 times of play throughout the day, which seems like a lot of interaction. We decided to pay for an additional walk each day as well. As we were out of town and checking in on the webcam we noticed that our dog was consistently in his room and never seemed to be out of it at play time or anything. After watching the webcam consistently for multiple days I found out that my dog was taken out of his room for about 2 hours out of a 24 hour a day and that was including the walk we had paid additional for. He also was given one bowl of water to last the entire day, I never saw it refilled. Their website says the dogs have access to water at all times, however they take water away at night. Even when I picked up my dog they only had one dog in each of the play areas that are visible from the lobby. Like do they actually let the dogs play together?? If my dog passed the evaluation and can play with other dogs then let him. This was a very disappointing experience overall. If I had wanted to leave my dog alone for 5 days, I would have left him at home. I took him to Bark and Zoom so he would be cared for and get play time with other dogs, not to be charged $400+ for 5 days for him to be locked in a room for 22/24 hours a day. I even asked when I picked him up if he received full play time or if it was being restricted due to the new canine cough/sickness and no one was able to answer anything. I will never be bringing my dog back here.

This is the only place I will board my dogs. I have one with special issues and they are AMAZING with him. They are professional and super friendly. If you need help with training, they are really good and have helped me tons with my “special” dog. Whether you need a doggie daycare for play dates, boarding or training, I definitely recommend them to everyone I know.

They advertise being 24/7 but everything needs to he scheduled weeks in advance. Seems kind of pointless as the draw to being 24/7 would be to assist 24/7. It's really just a 24/7 phone line, not actually 24/7 boarding.
