Talked to one of the guys that works there and they are going to add to the displays and change them around. Definitely will go back. They also have arcade games that are free to play and a toy store area.”

“I'm from Baytown so my favorite liquor store there was Specs. I've lived in Austin for the past year and I decided to seek one out for their 10% off case specials after just buying from small shops. When I pulled in, I seen the sign was old and then I seen a security guard and thought shit I'm in the ghetto. But I couldn't find what I wanted, so I grabbed a bottle, then went to use a restroom and when I went by the vodka section again, there was a worker stocking so I asked about the case deal and he went and got me one on the back and he told me that the plastic bottles of vodka are behind the counter because they tend to "travel" if left on the shelf. So after I paid, I'm in a wheelchair so the clerk asked me if I would like carry out assistance. Some she paged someone but the security guard was walking by and he offered to carry it for me. It was good to see friendly service, you go to so many businesses and employees only want to do what's in their job description. It was nice to get excellent service and the low prices I expect from Specs so from now on, they will be my go to liquor store again.”

“Great wine selection, but most of staff are not up to the task for true expert knowledge. Sometimes not familiar with some of the wines they carry. Still, many great wines along with many top wines for under $40.”
“Love the snack and drink selection here! I finally tried their Indian food. I got the kofta korma w lamb and it's VERY GOOD. I don't love that it's so much rice and not as much of the korma but most places do that. Wish they were a bit friendlier but whatever, not the biggest deal. YUM”

“I had something happen to me that has never happened to me before, and that was that I bought a bottle of whisky without fully inspecting it and when I got home, I noticed that the seal was broken. When I called and explained my situation, they gladly replaced the bottle! I was really worried I would be screwed. Great service!”
“Had to review this one guys, very short but fantastic experience!Dumb stuff first tho; parking is okay. The store is in a strip, so it's gonna depend on how busy the surrounding establishments are when you visit. You probably won't have a problem finding a spot even for a large truck, but it won't be easy parking a big trailer or RV.I can't really attest to the variety in the store, I found what I wanted right away and didn't really explore. I did see a couple wine racks and a cold drink fridge if that helps anyone.Fun stuff now. While the outside may be a bit dingey, the inside looked fantastic; clean and hella organized. I was greeted immediately (more than a disinterested "hi, welcome to *store*...") and shortly after asked if I needed help finding anything. And it wasn't like I was the only customer in there either, it was prompt friendly service you'd typically expect in big shops like Spec's or wine vineyards, not a hole in the wall liquor store. From the moment I walked in, till I checked out and left, everyone was friendly and willing to help.The location is conveniently on a corner, and has direct access to a gas station. There are also a couple food trucks on the lot if you're wanting both food and drinks.Sorry I didn't snap a photo of this one, but I honestly recommend it. I know I'm easy to please, but the combo chill/helpfulness of the employees blew me away. I'll raise a toast to Chris Liquor. ?”

“Tbh I don’t know how I feel about leaving this review because Liquor Depot is a GEM and I don’t want too many ppl finding out about my store and buying up my favorite bourbons lol… but Hands up, Liquor Depot is one of my favorite places to find juices for a very reasonable price. Santos, the manager, is a great dude and can find you what you want. He’s very knowledgeable also in the industry and great at recommending good liquor.”
