“Tiru Who is fantastic! He provides extremely friendly and helpful service at a wonderful local market! He even takes the time to order specialty items and treats customers with five star service! Thank you so much”
“They always been having the best tacos here on montoplis ever since I was a little kid I want to say this is the best groceries store in and around montopolis area and Riverside... And get forget about their clothing aisle the best Cool shirts and shorts or jeans and they even have some winter clothes..”
“They have fresh made juices that I absolutely love. Good price and definitely good for your body. I've only had the Green Goddess and the Beetroot ones. Try it. Will change your life for a healthier way of LIVING.”
“I am not exaggerating, this is one of my favorite places in Austin. I do not live in a the neighborhood, but I am close enough. I drive past other grocery stores to come here. Inside this Fresh Plus feels like my Austin. The selection is good and eclectic. You can find what you need, or something close, or something you didn't know you needed. The staff is friendly, helpful, and fun. They often have little treats and coloring pages for kids. This place got me through lockdown in the pandemic. I bring out of town visitors here. It might not click in a visit or two but if you become a regular you get it. I get my halloween pumpkins, I get my winter firewood. I get my diet cokes and my kid's favorite treats. My way to pass the day is a coffee (and cookie) at quacks, walk the aisles at fresh plus, pick up a treat for later at big top candy shop, then stroll down 43rd to first light books to walk their aisles and maybe another coffee. Some people go to barton springs, or 6th st., zilker, or mount bonnell. For me this is my happy place in Austin.”
“Excellent service, you will find everything you are looking for as a Mexican store if it meets the requirements, and what can we say about the cashiers. Excellent service, very friendly.”

“This HEB is a bit smaller than others. This building has probably been around for a number of years. That means that the aisels are narrower and the selection of items do not match what is typically found at other HEBs.
Often on Saturdays they have many free samples and on special weekends they have live music! ?”

“Amazing service. Cashier Lisseth Diaz always greeting customers so kindly. 100% recommended, she always provides the best costumer service.
The best cashier I've ever seen”
“I love Wheatsville!
They are definitely a cut above, with grassfed, finished beef, great organic produce, and so much more.
My favorite is the organically raised, clean tasting, pastured chicken. It's the best chicken I've had in years!
I really hope they open a store in my city!”
“Olivia in cosmetics was so kind and professional!! Hands down to her!! She made me feel so welcomed and valued as a customer. She went above and beyond to help me in anyway possible!”
“Very nice, very clean, great selections, very fresh, hot foods to sit and eat in store, tons of meats and vegetables, great chips, drinks, and candy selection too! The bakery items were impressive and look so delicious.”

“This store is pretty good, although not as big as some. I went later at night, and it was stocked well. After several previous tries, I finally succeeded in getting a no sugar added apple pie!”
“Its not Arlans anymore-This place was formerly minimax. Back then it was like 50's time warp. A few years ago it was taken over by Arlan's, a small chain. It was a big improvement, more produce, better products, better hours and more. As of Spring 2021 it has been taken over by Fresh Plus. As of Sept 2021 they are still re-arranging and re-stocking the store so in some respects it is a work in progress. But what I've seen so far is a reduction in the variety of products they carry (especially produce) . You don't shop here if your on a budget as well. They do have an expanded beer and wine selection which seems to take up about 1/5 of the store now, I guess that's what sells at greater margins. The other "neighborhood" grocery stores have similar footprints for booze.Hours got cut (they close at 9) from Arlans, not quite as much charm either. The last of the mini-max era people have left as well. We'll see how it finally shakes out.It still a good place to go to pick up something fast (if they ever quit moving things around and you can find it).”

“The only gas station in an Austin hispanic neighborhood where everyone is super friendly. Plus they carry my favorite craft beers. The employees all seem to care about doing their jobs at least a little bit, which is extraordinary for a gas station.”

“The staff is the best, always friendly and helpful. My kids will make a trek to this safe neighborhood market for treats during the summer. Also, this is great place for buying bags of ice.”
“Love their fruit papaya specially, it’s always sweet and hard. I love that. All kinds of sizes.
Oranges are also real good. Great strawberry gelatin. Love their Mexican candy , every time I go they have more variety of everything. Love it! Prices are extremely reasonable.”
“I went to this location on a weekday afternoon before 3 PM. It was active, but not crowded. I was able to easily checkout. It's a different story if you go here on a weekend. Not uncommon for most stores though, but just sharing for those who like to avoid crowds. Also, the grocery pickup usually does a nice job.”

“Awesome store. They just didn't have the kind of beer that we drink. But the owner said he would start getting that beer because it's popular. Thank you.”
“Super cute with local TX items and some healthier drink and snack options. Love the vibe for making a quick picnic or night in. Prices are higher than big box store, in some cases significantly higher.”
“Wow! I was visiting Austin on business and tried the restaurant for the first time today. The Croque Monsier (ham and cheese) was amazing. It didn’t take long to heat up and was SO worth the wait. The staff greeted me with a smile and kindness. I also tried the cinnamon roll and it too was delicious. This is a MUST try sandwich if you are looking for one prior to a flight. Enjoy!”

“Amazing service. The staff is so helpful and the manager (or maybe he's the owner) Costa goes above and beyond to make sure you get everything you need. The selection is also very good considering the size of the place. I've never walked in and not been able to find what I need.”
“This store is amazing. It has a bakery. It has tamales. And it’s all high-quality definitely a hidden gem. The desserts are amazing and very well priced.”

“Gas pumps: One gas pump in particular has had issues, but there are plenty of options, and they work great. Not always the best prices.Alcoholic selection: Large for a gas station.Bathrooms: Only 1 bathroom. It is pretty spacious. It is kept neat, and the cashiers will give you a key to access it.Groceries: More than you'd find in most gas stations. They even have fruit!”
“This place is a grocery shopping paradise! The variety of fresh produce and friendly staff make every visit a pleasure. Plus, their deals and rewards program save me so much money—can't recommend it enough!”
“This is a grocery store kind of similar to fiesta, or Heb. Inside they also have a jewelry store, a gelato stand, hot food kitchen where you can get things like alpastor, carnitas, barbacoa, breakfast tacos, they also have public bathrooms.”

“Love the baked goods up front. Good deal on a bakers dozen (13).... Rarely find a cashier that speaks much English though but competitive pricing for a grocery store/meat market.”
“I been stopping in pretty much since they have been open. As a time traveler I have seen and visited most places for historical documentaries. The two fine young ladies that I see often are great? the skinny kid with the glasses is really cool. Fast and professional people make wish I could take them back to the 26th century with me. I recommend the coffee.”
