“I never write reviews. This was by far the BEST experience I've ever had at a U-Haul. I just rented a truck for a few hours but all of the staff were welcoming and very helpful. I haven't seen a genuinely thrifty employee at any business in what feels like a couple of years. 5 stars, great staff.”

The whole rental process is cheaper and easier than any of the big name rental companies and they have everything from sedans to box trucks. I’ve used them on multiple occasions - I own a small business re-selling antiques and Longhorn rentals is the perfect solution to my logistical needs when I do local trade shows and events.”

“Look this place saved my bacon! I needed to haul furniture for my mom last minute. I setup a self check in with the Ben and white location and was told it’s only self checkout when someone is at the location. I got stuck in traffic timing was at exactly the hour mark. Then told we don’t speak English ? But got to Ed’s and was able to check in Online just like it said I could and when I had an issue after hours someone answered the phone and came out to help. I will only shop here for my U-Haul needs moving forward. Thanks you guys.”
“I've rented here twice in the past few months helping my girlfriend move, and the rental process was easy. I was in and out in a few minutes. Return was just as easy, you can just drop the keys in a box drop and get going.I would and plan on renting here again.”
“This is by far the BEST location to rent UHaul moving trucks! You actually see a live person, unlike most other places where you are left to do their job! by having to play hide-and-seek and go on a scavenger hunt to find the trucks which are just placed anywhere there's a parking lot (or so it seems). This place is like the good ole days when the representative processed the work order and answered all your questions. The counter person (Rosie) was most gracious, helpful, and very efficient. She deserves a raise! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!”

“Rented a truck for a local move. Reserved a truck online, went to pick it up. Jordan was knowledgeable and helpful. He noticed that the truck had a partially flat tire, and got a different truck instead. The return was quick and easy, and cost was as expected. I'd definitely use them again.”

“Amazing place!! Very helpful staff! Me and my mom went to about 3 places before them and as first time renters we were looking for information on pricing and storing a motorcycle which was the main thing we wanted to store. All three places were rude or not helpful. But here they gave us amazing information and let us see the unit before deciding.and even got it clean for us that very afternoon.my family started filling it that evening.the hours to get in are very flexible.and rent is very good for a 10x10 very recommended.very safe as well”

“The process was much more easier and stress-free than UHaul. I am happy to say that I trust Penske now with my future moves.The positives:-Unlimited Mileage and you just pay for one small fee (unless you don't want any additional add-ons.-The truck had a full tank of gas and I returned it with a full tank as a courtesy for the next person.-They had the option to keep the truck for three days and not just two which Uhaul had a big issue with. It's just not possible to return the truck within two days if I am moving from city to city since the city I moved to was 3 hours away from Austin. On the other hand, Penske provided the option to return the truck in the new city and not Austin. However, Uhaul had a problem with this and wanted me to return the truck in Austin by the second day. That sounds very stressful!!-The truck was very clean and spacious. I ended up getting the 12'Truck which allowed me to move out of a 698 sqft apartment.Negative:-There was only one worker at this location and he appeared to be burned out with his work. He was tired and did not speak much. He was a shell of a human. I say that Home Depot needs to make sure that there are more than one worker in the area so that he has someone else helping him out. However, when I returned it to the location in the newer city, the workers were much more lively and provided conversation. However, the truck was ready and he even drove the truck closer to the store so that it would be easy to access.I highly recommend Penske with your moving needs!”

“I rented a truck Friday and returned it after hours on Saturday. On the way back home, I realized I left my phone in the locked up truck. I was prepared to pick it up Monday morning.
To my surprise, I got a knock on my front door a couple of hours later. It was the manger of the rental place returning my phone! Talk about going above and beyond! This kind of service is almost as old school as the dot matrix printer they print receipts on.

“I don't normally do reviews, but thought I'd make the effort as I had such a great experience. the people behind the counter the lady who served me was very helpful. the guys around the back when I picked up the trailer were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I noticed a couple of dents in the trailer and the chap put on some stickers to acknowledge they were there. the return process was also very easy. all in all a very good experience I would recommend them to anyone.”

“My experience here was wonderful...the attendant was courteous, efficient and helpful ...the truck I rented online was ready to go and clean...there was a problem with the bill from corporate and it was taken care of IMMEDIATELY...I send an email explaining the problem and asked for a refund...in less than 5 minutes I got a return mail approving my refund...I highly recommend U-Haul and especially this location...”
