“Nick is seriously what sets this place apart from the others. He is very good at his job. He has always been thorough and consistent with follow through. We have utilized the Budget rental aspect of this location and now we are tenants at the Storage facility. Great employees are impossible to find these days and we have now had 5 large interactions with him all resulting in his ability to follow through with promises and gone above and beyond expectations. Had a recent overbooking situation that was honestly out of his control and he went Way above and beyond to keep his word. He is always so helpful. Don’t mistake his fast pace energy with being dismissive, this guy actually listens to his customers and finds solutions. Thank you for being a reliable business and hiring great employees. “We had a wonderful experience with Collin! Our move from the East Coast has been rough...and that’s an understatement. When we arrived to TX, we rented a Uhaul to pick up some furniture and experienced a hiccup with the mobile app that brought me to my emotional and physical breaking point- haha. “I get my propane here everytime I need to fill it. Highly recommend it than changing out your propane at a store since it's way cheaper Definitely takes some time getting help, but when I do get help, I get what I need. Have not personally rented a uhaul from this location”

“Look this place saved my bacon! I needed to haul furniture for my mom last minute. I setup a self check in with the Ben and white location and was told it’s only self checkout when someone is at the location. I got stuck in traffic timing was at exactly the hour mark. Then told we don’t speak English ? But got to Ed’s and was able to check in Online just like it said I could and when I had an issue after hours someone answered the phone and came out to help. I will only shop here for my U-Haul needs moving forward. Thanks you guys.”

They heard my issue regarding the Transmission Oil Light and since they were not able to complete all of the needed repairs to the truck that day they jumped into action on finding me a replacement truck. I'd been dealing with other Ryder Service Locations but I'd rather drive over 400 miles to see the guys at this location as they go above and beyond. Thanks again Shane!”

“The process was much more easier and stress-free than UHaul. I am happy to say that I trust Penske now with my future moves.The positives:-Unlimited Mileage and you just pay for one small fee (unless you don't want any additional add-ons.-The truck had a full tank of gas and I returned it with a full tank as a courtesy for the next person.-They had the option to keep the truck for three days and not just two which Uhaul had a big issue with. It's just not possible to return the truck within two days if I am moving from city to city since the city I moved to was 3 hours away from Austin. On the other hand, Penske provided the option to return the truck in the new city and not Austin. However, Uhaul had a problem with this and wanted me to return the truck in Austin by the second day. That sounds very stressful!!-The truck was very clean and spacious. I ended up getting the 12'Truck which allowed me to move out of a 698 sqft apartment.Negative:-There was only one worker at this location and he appeared to be burned out with his work. He was tired and did not speak much. He was a shell of a human. I say that Home Depot needs to make sure that there are more than one worker in the area so that he has someone else helping him out. However, when I returned it to the location in the newer city, the workers were much more lively and provided conversation. However, the truck was ready and he even drove the truck closer to the store so that it would be easy to access.I highly recommend Penske with your moving needs!”
