The truck itself was nice and new and clean. Pickup and drop off definitely would have been much easier if not for the gift certificate issues so I can’t fault them on that of course. Overall, would rent from Uhaul and this location specifically again.”

“I haven’t rented any moving trucks from here yet, but I called this morning asking about the drop off details, and other questions I had and the guy was extremely helpful, and took the time to answer a bunch of questions, for future reference DO NOT RENT from Space Self Storage in McAllen (RGV Area) it was the worst experience from start until now, they need better service, to provide safety driving moving trucks, and providing security, like I felt Annihilator Customs INC provides. I will more than likely give budget one last chance but only at this location, I felt taken care of without even renting a moving truck here yet.”

They heard my issue regarding the Transmission Oil Light and since they were not able to complete all of the needed repairs to the truck that day they jumped into action on finding me a replacement truck. Truck was perfect and less than half the cost of all other truck rental places even with the extra full coverage insurance!! Drop off in El Paso was super easy. I’ve rented from all of them, but this is by far the easiest, most affordable, and great quality!”

“Fairly fast check out. They entered the incorrect mileage on check out so that prolonged the checking process. Also the cruise control did not work. Outside of that, the truck was fine and the staff was friendly.”
“On Christmas Eve the local food bank was unable to make their weekly 8k pound delivery, which meant neighbors would go without. The food pantry I worked for decided to make the pick up instead, and glad we did! Special thanks to the patient staff at Ryder Truck Rental for showing this first timer how to safely maneuver, and the honorary “trucker hat” for good driving.
