“I made the mistake of leaving once because of my monthly rent being raised by $25 and saw another facility right up the road had the same size for half of that. Rented a truck and moved, and then two months later, they sent me a notice my next month rent will increase by $75!!! Called the manager, Christina, and she saved us so much money while taking the time to acknowledge our frustration and explain what to ask before renting anywhere.”

She knows her stuff very well and she’s super sweet and very personable. My husband has been to many different storage Facilities and this was the easiest he has ever Had to deal with. “The entire process to rent myself a storage unit from beginning to finish was seamless. I chose the size I needed, filled out the short application, signed the agreement and paid online. I immediately received an email informing me of my unit # and gate code. I moved in the same day within an hour of renting it. There was also an awesome promotion for the 1st month. I really appreciate how easy and smooth everything has gone. I appreciate the units being gated because sometimes I have to go after dark and I feel much safer. The property is clean and I noticed security cameras on every row of units. It has been a great experience. I would recommend anyone needing a unit to come here!

She was always available, phone, text, or email to address any questions or concerns. While the lobby has a virtual attendant situation Janeen was always there to help out.
