Used to be a good store. Now staffed by lazy and incompetent workers who can't be bothered with helping you find an item, no longer keep the shelves properly stocked and become irritated when you come in the store to purchase an item that the website states they have in stock. Corporate should FIRE the old guy working there, if he is the manager, as he is the source of the problems with this store. They also do not like military here.

I went in at a later part of the night and was looking for a part that not a single staff member knew what I was talking about. One staff member shuffled me to another staff and to another. I was giving the location and the name of the part as descriptive as I possibly could. Well even though I don't think they completely understood what it was I needed it didn't stop them from trying there hardest to help me. I ended up leaving empty handed, but that was fine 100% of there attention and effort was put into trying to get me what I needed and I really do appreciate it. Thanks guys!

Larry the guy there lies and mislead you on the statues of your vehicle. They seem like there great people buy lie to you 24/7 about simple problems. Its not worth it people of denton. Just take your car somewhere else there service are highly unprofessional and poor
