“This place is on the small side for a couple but definitely the place for humble beginnings. No pest problems, maintenance requests were always worked in a very timely manner and landlord/maintenance worker Cody is the Saint of all landlords is the best way I could put it. If you want your problem fixed in the most cut and dry simple way I assure to come to Bellmere. I do severely miss how well management was handled here, especially being it was primarily full of students as residents from what I could tell. The major downside I’d say is just this place becomes the hotspot for parking for the annual jazz fest across the street, that is all. Who cares about bushes or trees, it didn’t ruin my quality of living here.”

“We needed a place for our kid to stay since UNT only provides dorms to freshmen. We were a bit late starting our search and found a few potential units with Places to Be. The random draw of life gave us Rick Guzman to work with. He has been an excellent agent for us. He's been very responsive and timely to my calls and took care of my requests, even if they happened to be simple questions he'd already answered or I had the paperwork for. I peppered him with calls for about a month and he's always been pleasant. We decided on a unit in the Belle Frank apts, it's a tad pricier than most places but is also newer and has in-unit washer/dryer. I can't say anything for their other properties but I think we and our kid will be pretty happy with their 2 year stay at Belle Frank. My experience with the office staff has been great but Rick will probably remain my go-to man.”

“I had problems with my toilet flushing and they came by and fixed it quickly now I’m back to dropping heavy loads in my toilet with no problem ? I’m talking major explosions because I eat lots of vegetables so I need my toilet to flush on time every time. No more mud butt for me Thanks to the maintenance guy and the staff at 1610 E. The guy in apartment 505 love you all ?”
