A special thank you to Dayana for being so kind, patient, and genuinely trying every possible way to help us. “I’ve lived here for almost a year now. I’ve only had minor maintenance issues and they have all been fixed promptly. The walls/floor are kind of thin, so we can hear neighbors. But most are respectful and fine, so it has not been a big issue personally. The pond walk is nice. The pool is nice in the summer. Close to grocery stores and the highway. Grandscape is close and fun. The gate sometimes has issues (especially the middle one), but again, not that big of a deal most of the time. It feels very safe.”

“I’ve probably been a pain to deal with a handful of times, but Chelsea and the office manager TJ at Cypress at Lewisville have been nothing but patient, kind, and incredibly helpful. One thing I really appreciate is that it’s always them — the same familiar faces who know me, know my situation, and don’t make me start from scratch every time I walk into the office. That consistency alone makes a huge difference compared to my last apartment, where the staff changed constantly.
My apartment itself has been great — I love the wood floors, minimal carpet, and how easy it is to keep everything clean. The community is quiet, well-kept, and feels safe.
I’ve also seen people complain about the towing policy, but honestly, I get why it exists. At other complexes I’ve lived in, random cars would sit for months in the best parking spots, and residents were the ones who suffered. Here, parking is actually available because they enforce the rules. It’s one of those things you don’t appreciate until you’ve lived somewhere without it.
Overall, I’m really grateful for the team here and the way they take care of their residents. Chelsea and TJ truly go above and beyond, and it shows. ?”
“The Timbers team is the best staff I’ve ever experienced in Lewisville. Maintenance is very quick and attentive. The leasing office are always helpful and they are the best at what they do. Thank you guys so much for everything!!”

“I can’t rave enough abt my experience! I was doing all the move things from out of state ??♀️ I even have someone else tour my unit. I wouldn’t leave unless I purchase land? Diana is a warm hug and a forehead kiss wrapped in hot chocolate with extra whipped cream. Pleasant, professional and productive. As a government employee of 20 yrs these recent uncertain times would have anyone on edge not me with at least my housing because they take care of me and understand.
Lakes at Lewisville will always get high praise from me and I trust my child’s upbringing here. I feel safe and welcomed ?”
