Put this place on the list as on of your last resorts, I just showered in cold water mid way through my shower, again! :) No notice the hot water was turning off once again. Also one of the people in the front with glasses has given me attitude for grabbing packages because they had the wrong number on file to contact about them, which we addressed and somehow still didn’t get fixed for a while. The prices have also gone up and I would have never payed the new prices to live here. That being said, maintenance is good and no roaches just lots of moths.

Arbors of Denton is honestly a really solid place to live. The staff, Teddy, Ethan, and Evan have been so helpful with any needs of problems we may have.

Arbors of denton is a nice place to live at for a decent price and Teddy, Ethan, and Evan were all helpful leasing agents when I moved in

Great customer service from Heather! She responded to my concerns and she resolved my issue. Thank you! This was my son's first apartment. He was pleased with the staff during his stay.

I really do enjoy living here and have been for over a year now. The staff is super kind to me personally and are always on top of any problems I bring up. They ask for my input and ideas for upcoming events, casually talk to me when I visit, and I think deserve more than praise and recognition because they truly pull above their weight class; Thank you a ton Teddy, Ethan, and Evan. The positives about Arbors is it's extreme close to UNT that I don't even drive there sometimes, the rent is fairly ok compared to surrounding complexes even thought the rent did go up, and I really do enjoy the events they do host and wish there were more. I have no problems with my roommates that I get paired with or surrounding neighbors. The negative aspects I have about the apartment complex is that there is that there have been a lot of issues with the gates where they would be completely open or chained closed. They do offer free internet but it doesn't work have the time or is extremely slow; that at once point Verizon works came door to door to sell their own personal router and plan. There is covered parking but it is assigned 1 per unit so for me three people have to share the covered parking when a lot of the time half of the surrounding area isn't used.

This place is HORRIBLE! Live any where else! There was a horrible roach infestation that they would never deal with and existed the entire time of my stay. Water never got hot so there was only cold showers. Floors are bad. Staff was extremely rude with everything, whether that be picking up packages or even ask9ing questions. The only time they treat you with respect is when you sign. After that you are just another number that they could care less about. I am being serious when I say live anywhere else. This is the epitome of poor living.

If I was offered one chance to go back in time I would use it to stop myself from signing here. I can confidently say that it was the worst living experience of my life. Now, let's talk about the staff – or lack thereof. The leasing office is rarely open during its supposed business hours, and when you do manage to catch someone, they seem more interested in escaping the premises than addressing your concerns. Maintenance requests are met with indifference, and it's evident that the concept of timely repairs is a foreign concept. But perhaps the pièce de résistance of this living nightmare is the noise. Thin walls and nonexistent soundproofing mean that you'll become intimately familiar with the intimate details of your neighbors' lives. Late-night parties, blaring music, and the constant cacophony of arguing neighbors create an auditory assault that makes sleep a distant memory. The "luxurious" amenities promised in their brochure are nothing more than cruel jokes. The so-called fitness center consists of rusty, outdated equipment that seems to be on the verge of collapse. The "clubhouse" is a sad excuse for a communal space, featuring worn-out furniture and a general air of desolation.I would seriously prefer to live in a carboard box than to stay at this place any longer.

Staff here are very rude and there is a pretty bad roach problem. When I moved in there were dead roaches everywhere which made it quite evident that they didn't care about the property they were offering. They also try to get every dollar they can out of you which doesn't help with enjoying your stay. I would advise anyone reading this to look into other properties as this is about as bad as it gets.

The acting manager is super nice! She gave us the tour, helped us feel like family, and went above and beyond! I hope this company treats her like the superstar she is! The facilities looked immaculate when we visited, everything was clean and organized. They even give a great welcome package with tshirts and make you feel like you are home. Thanks for everything!

Do not choose to live here if you want stress. They will continue to increase your rent and charge a bunch of fees once you move out. As a young college student, they seem to take advantage of that. You can be the cleanest person and still get charged $100 for a housekeeping fee. They switched management and have been through so many different employees who do not help out and mostly have a bad attitude. The last thing I want is someone my age giving me attitude when they’re supposed to be professional and friendly when working at a front desk. You’re pretty much on your own if you choose to live here, communication sucks.

Appear to be mismanaged. Pest control and cleanliness issues. Make ready is paint only... Nothing else done when tenants leave....

I don’t know if it just me. But I been emailing them for apartments . I don’t think they want to get me an apartment. This is my first time getting an apartment and I didn’t think it would be so hard. Honestly this just raises my anxiety on living on my own. You would think the reviews and rate would be helpful. But it’s been really difficult to get to them. Overall not a good experience so far.

The associates that work in the office were really helpful when I had a dead battery. I was able to call a service they partner with called On the Road Again Assistance and they were able to get my car started again!! Thank you again for your help!!
