I'm very disappointed and upset over an experience I had. I bought printer ink two days ago for a printer that was gifted to me. I got home, and realized I bought the wrong one. However, I thought it may still work so I put the ink I bought in my printer which of course wasn't compatible. So I boxed the ink back up, took it to Best Buy to exchange for the correct one and then a very rude manager approached me with no sympathy or empathy and told me "we can't exchange ink once the box is open" I explained I just bought it two days ago and it didn't work with my printer. His rude personality and response was "well you could've bought it 5 minutes ago and it still wouldn't matter" I was so angry I chunked the wrong ink in the trash and stormed out. Now I'm on the phone with corporate to file a complaint. Best Buy has truly gone downhill and I will NEVER purchase another item from this location again.

He was awesome, stopped what he was doing and looked it up on his phone and found they did have them up front. Went up front and the nice man grabbed the one my grandson was wanting and took it to check out! He got the STELLAR SHIFT! It's color changing with custom rubber grips! It was an over the top experience ate the Denton Best Buy!

I stop by here probably once a month, and every time I do, I see Lucas who works here and he is always helping people and getting people to laugh, making there day better! He listens to people and treats everyone with respect, he should definitely be promoted to hiring manager so he can bless this business even more!

I went in to best buy to check out a 77" OLED tv on sale. i told the sales associate i was interested but would wait to see if it came down on black friday. he told me that if i found it for less anywhere else between now and Jan 15th 2024 to bring in proof and they would price match. i even bought a sonos ARC sound bar. total around $3k. he even went to sonos web site to check if the bar was cheaper to compare. so i bought the tv and sound bar. he was very helpful and knew the product.later i found sonos had the ARC for $180 less, so i printed it off and brought it to customer service for my refund. thats when i found out they really don't price match. the customer service rep said that they would not honor the price. i said but the sales rep told me you would. i have proof and it is before 01/15/2024. the customer rep said i had to come in while the sale was going on with the other vendor so they would not honor it. i said this is not what i was told when i bought the system so get your manager.the manager was even more helpful. he said they would not honor the deal because it was a manufacturer and they would not match the manufacturer even though the salesman went to there online site when he sold me the sound bar for price validity. then he asked me if i could remember who sold me the system. i said yes and proceeded to describe him. then he told me that i should have read the matching policy on the website. where i said, i thought i could trust what your sales rep told me. he said no price match and that i should have read the policy on there web site. i told the manager that i knew he would not make this right based on our discussion so i would just leave. and that i did not do business with people who told lies or misrepresented themselves. so in the future i would take my business elsewhere. of course that does not in any way affect Best Buy. but it does affect me. i feel better not doing business with people i do not trust.MORAL TO THIS STORY WHEN DEALING WITH BEST BUY"Read the small print on the website and do not trust the sale staff" sad but true. as for me - no more business with Best Buy.PS - Before leaving the desk i asked for my receipt back. the customer rep walked back over and opened his hand and took the wadded up receipt and gave the ball back to me.

Usually fine to shop here.. except for today. We got 2 items, both we found out were completely differently priced. I understand 1 item that happening to, but two? We call for help, and are pretty much gaslight into it not being their problem because customers move things around.Okay, and how is it our problem that you guys don't go through to make sure things are still organized? We're annoyed by that point, and show another tag for an item we'd be willing to get instead, except THAT price was wrong too?!Go to look at the actual section again, find out it's all mismatched and disorganized and at that point we decided to just leave. We weren't rude at all, we did get frustrated at the constant issues and the dismissive attitude from the manager because his diffusing skills seem to be non existent. I know sometimes customers suck but man, empathy for the situation and remedying it in a better way would have been great.We wanted to drop $300, and ended up dropping $0 and leaving pretty disappointed. I was excited for those new headphones.One star for the manager with poor management skills. 2 stars because the check out girl was really sweet and understanding.

I was here to purchase ipad, even though amazon offered me a better offer. My requirement was too easy and specific and no employees helped me to sort the thing up, have waited more than 45mins even though none of them assisted me and the there was no crowd rush either. Had a worst experience.

Worst Best Buy ever and an even worse manager. Caleb the manager not only sent me away with the the broken tv but acted like it was his Company. I was told by support I could switch out my broken TV in Denton. This guy was so rude and offensive telling me I can’t return it there ever and I had to drive all the way to Grapevine. The manager there was happy to help and also informed me that Denton could’ve swapped it out because they had it in stock. I then had to drive to Lewisville to pick up the new TV. I’ll never buy anything from Best Buy again because of the way the Denton store is ran by there management.

Don't buy anything instore and have it shipped to your home. They charged me but didn't ship it to me. I got my money back but a with a dollar less than the receipt i was given. So i went to Amazon... At least ill know ill get my product. Thanks alot best buy im now only going to use you for displays, ill take my money elsewhere

Purchased OTR Microwave on 9/16 at Best Buy in Dallas. The delivery date was going to be 10/21. Not acceptable. Went back to the store on 9/20 and they changed the delivery date to 9/22 which was fine. Received email regarding delivery for 9/22, received text messages that day regarding time and that the product was on the way and would be installed between 2pm-6pm. Time came and went and no delivery or any other text messages. When I called Customer Service they said the MW was not even picked up as it was not in the warehouse. Went into the store on Saturday, 9/23 to talk to a Manager to get some answers. First of all, the Manager was not very interested in the problem. Barely talked to me. I stood there as he pulled up his computer, and in the meantime looking at his watch, visiting with incoming customers. He finally said that the MW was "in transit". Apparently when this was ordered the product was not even available. I was not told this and the salesperson scheduled the delivery for no product available. He told me the product was "in transit", typical BB explanation. I said I wanted to cancel the order totally and a refund. I was given a refund for the installation and haul away but not for the microwave and told since it was in transit they could not issue the product refund. I told him that was unacceptable and wanted the refund for something I didn't have. He stood there and laughed at me and said it's only $200.00 to chill out. This Manager is despicable. I was not quiet before I left the store as to my frustration and told him I wanted a call that day regarding the "in transit" of the MW. I did receive a call later Saturday from a lady stating she was going to escalate this and get my money back that day. Nothing.I have bought many high dollar items in the past from BB but no more. This company has gone down to disgusting, as it used to be a good company but definitely will never set foot in another BB again and will make sure I let as many people know as I can on the horrific service. These people basically are stealing my money. Being on Social Security and not a high income this is very upsetting.

Today was a tough day with my phone completely breaking and needing one for work and to manage time sensitive things and Best Buy in Denton was the only ones able to help. Autumn was the sales person and she had the best most positive attitude that just made everything feel so much less stressful and made my week so much better. She definitely represented that store and herself so well with some of the best customer service I’ve seen. Just so thankful for it and that Best Buy was able to help me out.

Today I went to Best Buy looking for a computer and printer for my son to start school .I have to share my experience with a gentleman named Nick Sermon who helped me out tremendously ? He answered all of my questions , there wasn’t anything he couldn’t answer Nick helped me to make the right decision for my purchase needs . I hope that Best Buy knows what a great asset he is to their company.
