Smaller location & not fond of the parking lot, but staff is always helpful & friendly. Always seems to be multiple staff which is helpful. Have stopped going to the one off University bc they can't seem to bother with any type of customer service while doing buy ins. Love it I can come to this one & actually get help!

Bianca was so pleasant and patient to work with. My son traded in some controllers for a new one. He had a gift card to use which wasn’t active but she waited while we did that. So friendly! Top notch service!
