“Zachary was so helpful today. I had had a crazy day and had been 3 different verizon stores today. The first store was a good experience but they didn't have the phone that I needed. When I got to the store that had the phone, they told me that they had transferred all my data over to my new phone. They had not. Had so many issues trying to transfer my data from my old phone to my new phone went to my third store. That's where zachary was.And he was absolutely amazing and very helpful. He helped me get everything transferred over, including all my games that I love to play. I truly appreciate your help tonight.Zachary for helping me get my phone's set up correctly.”
“On Sunday (3/15), my husband and I decided to go to T-Mobile to see ask questions about our account and the possibility of getting new phones. We ended up getting new phones and were thrilled! We had some unexpected issues with my husband's old phone. It took a long time to transfer the data from his old phone to the new one. With the help of 3 incredible staff members, it was successfully completed! Angel helped us with our purchase & setting up the new phones. He did everything, including putting the screen protectors and phone cases on. Endy, helped to solve the issue with moving my husband's phone data between the devices. Uzayr helped monitor the data problem and aided in setting up the watches we got as well. Even though we had to stay longer than we expected to at T-Mobile, these 3 staff members made it a smooth and enjoyable experience. They were kind and supportive. They answered all of our questions and didn't rush the process. We've been T-Mobile customers for just over 5 years now. This was the best experience we've ever had with them. Thank you guys so much!”

I think it stems from when I would go with my late mom, who had a stroke, and would literally spend 2+ hours there lol. But like dude, I don't steal. I like to browse. Target has some neat stuff! And my momma takes FOREVER to shop because she loves Target, and Decatur doesn't have one! So she spends her time in there! Lol but bro, please, stop following me. “In spite of our being angry with the online associates, the ones in the store were sympathetic and did all they could to help. They we very polite and helpful.
As it turned out since we started our order online the store was blocked out. They told us what our options were and said to come back if we continued to have problems.
They were true professionals at all times.
My advice is to have as little contact with the online and visit the store for best results.”

“I ran out of gas right at the entrance and the owner came out and helped, along with two random dudes who were generous to help push and give me just enough gas to get to the pump. The lady at the counter was smart enough to suggest getting the dudes to help rather than buying a new gas carton thing. This 711 rules and the gentleman who works during the day, Jacob?, is kind as well. 10/10 experience. 6/5 stars”
“I have been dealing with this company since I moved here from Arkansas five years ago, the staff, unfortunately all except for Allan has been great to me. I’ve been able to speak with each one maybe not personally but definitely over the phone. They are a great company to do business with they have a great selection of furniture and they also have ways of making your payments very very easy and it Fix your budget. “This is my local 7-Eleven store I seriously just want to know when the last time the soda machine nozzles were cleaned. Every time I get a drink there's always an odor that comes off when it Fizzles. I've tested this at other stores and I don't get that fall odor. “I live two blocks from this 711 and have been going here for years. There is an older gentleman clerk who smokes cigarettes who has worked there for a long time, and always gives me good service. Considering this location is behind the jail, and is overrun by homeless folks, the older clerk has incredible patience. I am surprised he has been able to tolerate such a job, Considering the rude people he is routinely dealing with.On the downside, this clerk works the most and does it all, and sometimes he has to close the store late at night, because he works the truck all by himself.Frankly this guy is a rare gem of a person, and deserves a big raise and better position.He has to be over 50, and the place is family run. And not one young man comes to help him stock the store he does is alone.Do consider this before you talk bad about him, think about his work and customer service ethics.Thanks for everything 711.”

The guy names Rok is a great asset and talks to me every time I am there. It's clean and the bathrooms as well. Gas prices are not lowest but not bad either. Consistent and fast service.”
