I have tried a half dozen things to create an account and make a page for our daughter, but it is a never ending circle of no use. Very sad and disappointing.

This is a horrible place to work. I am so glad I never gave them any money for class rings in the past. Everything is about production and they could care less about exploiting your time and energy. You are treated like children and micro managed to death. Save your money and spend it somewhere else.
