“My husband and I visited Nasr Brothers Jewelers on Saturday, May 25, 2024. We were looking to update appraisals on some jewelry pieces acquired over the years. In order to get them insured, we needed recent appraisals. Gabby took care of us when we came in. We left the pieces with her and within five days, the appraisal was done. They took amazing care of the jewelry, and the appraisal was very fair. Peter was ever able to recommend a company that specializes in jewelry insurance, should we decide to change companies. Peter and his entire staff are absolutely amazing. We will definitely be going back.”

“I wish I could continue to support this store. I hate that it’s come to this, but with how much money I have spent at this store and on a ring that I love. But the stone fell out less than a week after buying it, and I work 60+ hrs a week in DFW. The owners unwillingness to exchange the ring didn’t offer or give me my money back or wait. Three months to get it fixed, and that’s just not acceptable. I work really hard for what I own, and I take care of the things I buy, especially when they bring me as much joy as most of The items from Juliet has brought me in the past. I don’t appreciate the treatment today and will not support them further.”
“I.had a fabulous experience at Kay's. I even brought my special needs client to make some purchases and the associate (Justin) made his day. He spoke directly to the client, informed him of his options, walked him through each item just like any other customer and even helped him make his purchase. I only shop for jewelry at Kay's because of Justin.”
“These folks are the best jewelers around. I asked them if they could make me a custom fathers pinky ring and they hit it completely out the park. My wife, daughters and granddaughter just love the way it looks. Being able to show it off to others and the amazing response I get from people is just great. If anyone would like a custom made ring and are looking for someplace with high quality design, craftsmanship and the greatest customer experience please go to these people. If I could give them ten stars I would. 5 stars is just not enough for level of service they provide.”
