🚫 Do NOT order your graduation items from Jostens! 🎓
I ordered my custom graduation stole on February 11, 2025 through the official UNT Dallas link — and here we are in May, just days before graduation on Tuesday, May 13, and I still haven’t received it.
Every time I reach out to customer service, I get a different excuse or vague response. No one seems to know what’s going on, and no one has taken responsibility. This is supposed to be one of the most memorable moments of my life, and Jostens has completely dropped the ball.
Please save yourself the stress and frustration. Jostens has been nothing but a disappointment. 💔 #GraduationFail #Jostens #UNTDallas #DoBetter

I purchased a ring from Jostens back in November 2015 and completely forgot that it came with a lifetime warranty. While calling about an unrelated topic, I was pleasantly reminded of this amazing benefit. One of the stones had come loose from my ring, so I decided to take advantage of the warranty.
The entire process was seamless! I mailed my ring to Jostens, and to my surprise, I had it back within just nine days—completely cleaned, repaired, and looking brand new, all at no charge! Their customer service was absolutely phenomenal. Every representative I spoke with was knowledgeable, friendly, and provided clear instructions on what to do. Communication was timely, and I felt valued as a customer throughout the entire process.
Jostens truly stands behind their products and their warranty service is top-notch. I couldn't be more impressed with how smooth and efficient the experience was. If you're considering a Jostens product, rest assured they will take care of you for life! Highly recommend!

Not a good company

The products look nice, but they aren’t durable, and they breakdown quickly with use.

I have tried a half dozen things to create an account and make a page for our daughter, but it is a never ending circle of no use. Very sad and disappointing.

Think twice before buying a ring from Jostens! Customer service is substandard. Sent my 35+ year old military ring in to be resized and it was lost by UPS when Jostens shipped it back to me. Now, Jostens is pursuing their claim with UPS and making me wait for that process, to receive a replacement item. So, not only has this company lost an item of considerable sentimental value because of their handling of the return, but they are delivering a poor customer service experience in order to balance their books. Customer service rep told me my complaint was with UPS, when they were the ones who shipped with UPS, not me. Sadly, I’m not the only one who’s had this experience. Buyer beware!

Great place, staff were friendly. Definitely not a storefront though.

This is a horrible place to work. I am so glad I never gave them any money for class rings in the past. Everything is about production and they could care less about exploiting your time and energy. You are treated like children and micro managed to death. Save your money and spend it somewhere else.

I do not recommend Jostens we’ve had the worst time with them. They sent my sons invitations late and then when they came in the wrong address for the graduation. Then took forever for them to respond and they sent a email to print of labels to cut and put in each invitation! Then I contacted someone else they said they would send new invitations and still nothing. I finally contact someone else and now they are saying they will be here exact one week before the graduation! They are very unprofessional. I paid a lot and still I have nothing to send our guests!

I am seriously disappointed with Jostens. I am fairly sure I had a good experience with my high school graduation materials, but now that I'm graduating college, the materials I received were of horrible quality, and I'm embarrassed to have to send them to loved ones. For my high school graduation, I got a highly interactive, customizable ring experience. For my college graduation, I had to do outside research to know exactly what I was ordering and what it MIGHT look like. The rest was up to chance. It turned out fine, but was frustrating at best and nerve-wracking at worst.Stationary regarding my high school graduation was wonderful. For my college graduation? Worthless. My graduation announcements were literally a piece of paper folded twice, and not even folded properly and uniformly. I ordered an extra 5 announcements but didn't receive 5 extra seals, meaning some loved ones went without the only impressive part of the stationary: the raised metallic sticker.I didn't really care, but wanted to get some extra seals just to have, either to keep or in case a name pops up to send one to that didn't before. Jostens sells 25 seals (which can't be more than, if even 1x1in) for $18- which, fine, whatever- and 30 address labels for $14. Threw them both in the cart, totaling up to $32 for "just in case" supplies. I could live with it if the standard rate shipping & handling wasn't $11 on top of that. Really?Forget it. I've told all of my friends not to bother with Jostens and to instead grab some packs of blank decorative cards from Walmart- where they can also print pictures to put in the card for cheap, too. I'll be sending off the rest of my announcements with my own faithful heart stickers and a lot of annoyance.

My ring was either lost or stolen by UPS in the same town, and they have not been helpful at all in regards to obtaining it, or producing a new one. Get your college ring custom made. These clowns don't have a monopoly anymore. They'll take your money even when they can't keep a promise to deliver your class ring in the same town.

My fiancé sent in his ring to get resized at the end of May early June of this year. We were told we’d have the ring back by July 4th, 2020. It is now November 4th 2020 FOUR MONTHS LATER AND WE HAVE YET TO GET THE RING BACK! We get married in two weeks and now we don’t even know if he’ll have his class ring back in enough time and he really wanted to wear his ring the day of. On top of that we have not been given a consistent reason in the delay. Zero communication from their warranty department, and when we do question the time it seems like no one knows anything. If you’re thinking bout getting your class ring from here just don’t. The lack of communication and the lack of customer service has turned us off from this company. If I could give 0 starts I would.

I dropped of my U.S. Coast Guard ring to have the crystal replaced and the ring re-sized in September of 2019, I was told it would be about a 30 day turnaround. I called 45 days later only to learn nothing had been done to the ring and I had to give them the repair instructions a second time, again I was told 30 days and it would be ready. I've called once a month since October of 2019 and the estimated ship date is always 30 days out from the date of my call. Here we are mid July 2020 and still nothing has been done to the ring! WHAT A JOKE! Now they say they are shipping the ring back to me as is with no repairs done. UNBELIEVABLE! You cant use Corona virus as an excuse Jostens, you had my ring for at least 3 months before the outbreak. Ill never do business with you again.
