“I don’t know how this place could have any bad reviews because the ladies there are amazing. Ramona and Rae were two of the kindest most compassionate people I’ve ever met, and they are very caring. They’re very organized, they get the people in and out. While I was in there they treated Everybody with the upmost respect, they were so helpful and kind with the elderly patients. I just had major surgery less than a week ago. They were sympathetic to my pain and even made very kind comments about something hard that happened to me that I mentioned to them I used to go to the one off Bonnie Bray and I was going to stop going to this CPL labs altogether until I came over and met these ladies. Not only were they very kind, but I didn’t even feel the stick in my arm at all. They are by far the best Phlebotomist that I have ever had. Whether they enjoy their job or not, you can’t tell it because they treat you like they love it. . If only all employees were as wonderful Ramona and Rae I wouldn’t mind going to the doctors office.”

“Do not pay attention to the bad reviews. This place was efficient, fast and the staff was extremely nice. I suggest making your appointment online, then arrive 15 minutes early , use the express check in and scan your driver's license, then they will call you to the window.”

“Had to get a DOT drug test.Last place I went took 1 1/2 hours with employees that obviously did not like thier job.ARCpoint took 15 minuets and the staff was great. Next time I get a random they will be my choice of locations.”
