“The Flower Mound location of Quest Diagnostics appears to have five or six techs working at it. There was a lot of foot traffic in and out, but having an appointment is definitely the way to go. I checked in for my appointment about 20 minutes early, and I was serviced at least five minutes before my appointment time. The Tech Laura who took care of me was fantastic. She was friendly, funny, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this location as well as the one in Self Lake, which I've been to. The one in Self Lake only has two techs on duty, so they take fewer appointments but it is still convenient. Just remember to have your picture ID and insurance card with you because they scan them as part of your check-in process. And if you have an appointment, remember to have your appointment code with you as well. Overall, they get a five-star rating.”
