Recycled Books Records CDs is Denton’s used bookstore, operating since 1983 in the historic Wright Opera House on the downtown square. It is a favorite place with hundreds of thousands of used and new books, vinyl records, CDs, movies, and video games spread over three stories. The set up is odd and cool, with rooms upon rooms to explore and little fun things around every corner. It is described as a second hand dream and a great way to spend an afternoon. The staff are wonderful, and the books are in top condition. It is a nice place well worth a visit.
I have not been to Denton before, but wanted to see this bookstore and I’m glad I did. There are a few areas to sit down and look at the books and read to see if that’s the right book for you. I took down five bought two. I will be coming back. Next time I’ll look at the record section too.

Catacombs of choices. Just worth walking around to see the use of every square inch of the building. Love this store!
