“My visit to this Ups location was for notarizing two documents. I made the appointment online to give everyone structure and ease any issues. When I arrived, I was a little bit early and asked the gentleman at the counter if he had time to do the notarizing or if I need to wait until my appointment time. He said I was good to go ahead and get it done right there with him. I cannot remember his name but he was very professional and patient with me. I worked in retail and customer service for years. This man did a great job. For those that have issues with service, try looking online to see if you need to book an appointment first or call to ask questions. Don't be rude or in a hurry. People have to work for a living and being rude to those trying to help you will not accomplish anything.”
