My experience was good. People were super nice. They'll check you in up to one hour early. Maybe the bad reviews are for night shift? Day shift was fine. My load was a deli load.

Allowed in an hour early for my 2:30 appointment, was told as a common courtesy we were allowed in an hour early to accommodate us to park. Workers don't show up till 3 pm to start unloading trucks ... not sure about mornings
